Came in around 12 as a party of 8. Should've walked out as soon as we came in, since it seemed like a sincere inconvenience for the waitress to move one table instead of a chair for a party our size with full grown adults. That part gets 0 stars for service. Their special was the country fried steak, three or our party ordered that and all had different sizes of steak with the fried batter. One person had about an inch thick steak with the batter, another had about a very small smidgen of steak, and the third had about quarter inch of steak. Even when others tried it, nobody would order that again. One person said it was one of the worst county fried steaks they've had. The bourbon bacon burger wasn't bad, but it wasn't all that great. The fried onion rings were good, but the burger itself didn't have much seasoning. Fries for all our orders were completely undercooked, some were still crunchy when we were eating them. Waitress wasn't the best, maybe decent at best. Considering we've been here before and this trip, this was the worst service we've ever received which is disappointing from a small town place.

I ordered the Tuesday special of Chicken Fried Steak and it can with a drink for $8.99. It was really good and service was nice too. I'd rather support a local restaurant than a chain business

I've been there several time when I stay in Pratt for work. Good and service always good. The inside is pretty nice also. Drinks are always cold!

We've been here a few times now and every time the food is spot on! Rattlesnake bites are one of our favorites to start and I order the chicken bacon ranch wrap as my lunch. Fries are especially crunchy and flavorful!

Waited10 minutes to order and another 20 to get our food. Our waitress was grumpy and gruff. The extra young boys were very polite and friendly. There was at least 3 waitresses and the 2 boys. Was there only one cook? They differently needed to ratio the staff better. I ordered the shrimp spud and my husband the American burger. Not much shrimp but it did taste good. He was disappointed in his burger was lukewarm and not much flavor said Freddys was better.

We stopped by around 1:00 in the afternoon, passing through. None of our party cared for their food. The meat was tough and the vegetables were not seasoned, basically frozen veggies reheated. They ran out of iced tea during a prime lunchtime, which really was unexpected. We would have taken more tea and so my husband asked for one to be taken off of the bill. Because the refills were free, we figured that was reasonable to ask since they were out of the drink we wanted. Who we assumed was a manager came over and said she'd do it once but not ever again. So, try to picture an all you can eat buffet that runs out of food after the first plate kind of situation. It's reasonable to at least get a discount. But no worries, we won't eat there again so her warning was unsolicited. Awful all around.

The food was very good. Plenty to eat big portions, and I recommend getting the Porch Rocker for a drink

Staff all standing at bar and we had to flag down someone to take an order when it was not full at all. After finally getting our order in for 2 hamburgers after 45 minutes we are still waiting for our food to arrive. We should have gone to taco delite. Never again. don't come here.

Food was not very good. Instant tasting. Would not recommend. Service Ce was good.

Nice sports at atmosphere. The food is good and the beer is cold. The staff is friendly.
