I would strongly recommend NOT using mark lazzo as your attorney. I had about 2000 in debt and the house I've owned for 20 years needs major repairs. So I went to mark randomly to file chapter 7. I am a College educated professional but was treated like an idiot. Interrupted and completely condescended. I did exactly what he instructed and a trustee apparently a better lawyer than him has me paying more than I originally owed plus I lost my house. I pray that this nightmare doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm stuck now. Please research before picking a name out of a hat. I will say his staff are very helpful and sympathetic.

Just called this office to see about a consultation and pricing in one, the receptionist got snooty saying he was a bankruptcy lawyer, while trying to tell her I knew that but he came up on the search, she interrupted me and said she would get the attorney. Spoke with Mark Lazzo who was also incredibly rude and while thanking him for his information he blatantly hung up on me. I get that it wasn't his thing but your receptionist didn't have to transfer me to you like she did and if that is how you treat people, it amazes me you still have clients. Don't use these people and don't bother calling. Worst experience ever when all I was doing was inquiring. Wow, just wow.

He will take your money and act like he will be there to help you, but once he has the money, try to get a hold of him on the phone, won't happen. Called every day for three weeks straight left a message every time not once did I get a call back. Finally called and acted like I was looking for an attorney and lo and behold guess who took the phone call. When you do meet him seems like the only thing he is interested in is singing to you...ugh. Then when you tell him how you want things done, as he is a bankruptcy lawyer, he ignores what you say and doesn't inform the trustee of your wishes. Would not recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!

I used Mark Lazzo as my attorney, and I could not have been happier. He turned a very stressful situation for me completely around. I truly felt like a huge weight had been lifted from me. He made sure I understood everything that was happening in my case, and it came out exactly as he said it would. I know for a fact that he or his staff always responded quickly to my questions, so I don't believe the person who said she called every day for 3 weeks and got no reply. Whenever I called, Mark talked to me and if wasn't available, his assistant always took my call.One very happy customer, Dan
