Lazy K Motel

We came here and checked in and went to the family reunion. When we came back to occupy our rooms (2) and we spent over a hour waiting for them to program our keystone get into the room. Since they were never able to give us working keys to our rooms, they had to open the doors for us with there master key, we requested a refund and were denied that refund. We called law enforcement and upon there arrival we were told we had to come back the following day to get our refund. The rooms were dirty, bloodstains on the box spring, and zero customer service. I suggest sleeping on your car over this dive. We went and stayed across the street and were much happier.

Not a kid friendly place. Management are rude liars to guests they don't like. One manager accused my family of having the TV to loud and the TV wasn't on. They heard my dog. Not worth the headache or harassment. Don't give them your business.

Paid 75 bucks for a single it was the most nasty smelling room I've ever been in we stayed 20 minutes and left losing the money I wouldn't let my dogs stay there heck I wouldn't even let someone I hate stay there, GROSS & NASTY

Most disgusting motel I've ever been in .. they charged us 75 bucks for a single bed .. the smell of the room was disgusting.. it's was dirty it's looked and smelled like it has never been cleaned we stayed 20 minutes then left we couldn't handle the smell we to the loss on 75 bucks disgusting I don't recommend I wouldn't let a dog stay there

Go anywhere else but here. I woke at 4am and thought I saw a bug. Yes, bedbugs. So I get up and for the next two hours I'm checking my stuff, searching for more (got to 10 with stains) and putting in a ziplock. So I wake up the manager, a Singh, to ask for a refund. He says we don't do refunds. I show him the bugs. He doesn't care. I ask if he will clean it. He says no. All facts. room 25 but likely in all. You decide. I did report to health dept when they opened. Maybe lazy manager is more apt.

"Not my problem" was the response given to my sister when she told the staff that her key for the door hasnt been working and that she cant get in. Not only while being rude but also insinuating that we somehow keep messing up the key by putting it to close to a phone or that we were stupid in some way. "Well I don't know what you all keep doing." was another response given. To top it all off, my sister had to buy her own poison to kill the BEDBUGS that they have! Terrible staff, terrible room quality, terrible experiance over all. When visiting Ponca City, OK...make sure you stay far away from this place because it'll only leave you feeling like you've been robbed and humiliated. Just to reiterate....BEDBUGS and have the nerve to charge you what they do. They should be shut down or hire someone who actually respects what they do because it's obvious they don't care here. My nephew was sent to the office to get help opening the door AGAIN and the staff asked him why he was there and that he shouldn't be there. Like what the heck? Just terrible.
