I was not happy at all with the pricing. This company bought out the company I used to use, and silly me assumed their pricing structure would be the same.When the person came to my house, I specifically asked to confirm, what the price would be. I was told a price, which was higher than the previous year, but only by about $10. So I figured that was still fair. I knew that there might be add'l charges if there was a part that needed replaced. But little did I know that they also tacked on an additional $35 for the city water test. Had I have known that up front, I would have hired another company. I called the business office afterwards to talk to them and was politely told that they do things differently than the previous company. While looking up their web site, I noticed the pictures they had posted of their employees and the young man that was at my house that day, was listed as a window washer, and a trainee. So needless to say, I will not be using this company again.
