Laurie's never fails! Breakfast or lunch the food is always fresh and delicious! Service is so important to me and Laurie and her family truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and happy and make sure that you leave with a smile on your face and a full belly! Ehhh look I am not unsympathetic. Downtown Mulvane needs this place and the people are so friendly. I love the lending library inside. But the food is meh and the gross leaked-through ceiling tiles make me wanna puke.

2nd Friday of the month is Steak & Prime Rib night. BYOB! Food is good and it's limited menu on that one night they are open. Not a fancy place but local and good prices and service.

Amazing...EVERYTHING! Crispy bacon (she asked!), waffles, omelets, eggs, biscuits-all fabulous! The service was friendly, funny, and quick. Ambiance was as expected for a cafe in the old past of town. If you get an opportunity, go! You will not be disappointed

I love this place! It almost makes me homesick for my small north central Kansas hometown. No matter how long it's been since I've been in here, I always feel welcomed - oh and their breakfast is so darned good, just home cooking. They also have some cute service dogs to greet the guests!
