Laurie Anne's House Of Flowers

Very disappointed. Tired of crummy flowers for cheap prices, I ordered an arrangement 5-6 days in advance so they would have time to get it together and paid a premium. I opted for the more expensive $75.00 arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day & her birthday. What was delivered, in my opinion, doesn't even come close to what was shown on the FTD website. Spoke with Laurie, who was adamant and defensive of what was delivered blaming FTD's photo's and service charges. Told me that I should have contacted her directly and requested "designer's choice".BUYER BEWARE FINE PRINT ON FTD WEBSITE: They will substitute any and/or all of the elements in the photograph if the florist doesn't have them or didn't bother to order them in time.UPDATE: FTD told me they would redeliver the flowers. That didn't happen. :(Laurie standed firm that she did a great job and I was wrong.

--Sending flowers to my Mother in law in Wichita Kansas from California was made so easy by Laurie! She responded to my emails and definitely put that extra touch that made it fabulous! She loved it!

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP IF YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE TO RECEIVE THEIR FLOWERS!!!Driver was very rude and said he "rang and rang my doorbell, but I did not answer, so he left". If I'm not home, I don't answer the door bell! I called him back within 15 minutes, after I saw my voicemail. He said he was off duty now, but to call the flower shop. Called the flower shop, but did not receive an answer so I left a VM, NO ONE called me back. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FLOWERS THAT MY BOYS ORDERED FOR ME FOR VALENTINES DAY! The next day......... I called the shop. The person that answered the phone told me they "don't call people ahead of time to see if they are home". I asked her, so you just try one time and if they aren't home, you take the flowers back???? She said to me, "WE DON'T ACCOMODATE SPECIAL TIMES FOR PEOPLE.!!!" WOW!!!!! I told her that if I had KNOWN they were going to deliver at that time, I would have made other arrangements for her to drop them off. She became very rude and even started PERSONAL ATTACKING ME AND HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME!!!!!!!I called my sons and told them to CANCEL THOSE FLOWERS AND NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!! There are so many great flowers shops in Wichita, such as Tillie's. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!

I rang the doorbell for 5 minutes before being let in. Little high on the prices, flower arrangement was fast, flowers looked great, poor customer service. I probably wouldn't go here again, but if it's on your way, then maybe.

Very sweet employees who have amazing talent. Beautiful and fast flower arrangements. Cheap antiques, Vera Bradley sales and quick gift shopping!!
