Las Vaquitas Mexican Food

Great food and the service was quick. Hot fresh fajitas! I had the mix of chicken, steak and shrimp. Delicious!

Amazing food and amazing service. The staff is so welcoming and they make sure you are well taken care of. I would recommend a 1000 out of 10. The restaurant is decorated very pretty and cultured.

Can't say anything bad about Los Vaquitos! Everything was delicious. We had 2 tacos and a burrito with rice and beans. I'm a girl from Texas and rice is a make it or break it on going back. The rice was excellent! Salsa was perfect and for those who like it hot, it's a must try. We definitely will be back!

Attention to all Pacific Northwest imports now living in Wichita....if you are missing your favorite Mexican restaurant from Seattle, Spokane, or Portland, here is your chance...hop in the car and head to Derby...yes I said Derby....Connie, her husband, and the the rest of the team at LV were trained in Spokane WA. You won't find this style of fresh salsa within 1000 miles of here. Nothing disappoints...Chicken, Beans, Rice, and a "stiffy" Margarita where you actually can taste the Don Julio....the shot on the side was just because I could...lol....please note that all menu items come with Cheddar Cheese (a couple with Cheese sauce but not many)....if you want "white" cheese...they use a mozzarella...but you have to request it.

Delicious food - so authentic! Family members working here are lovely. Prices are great for the food and drinks! $2.99 house margaritas are a bargain and very tasty! We will be back for sure! Highly recommend cute place also!

We tried the chicken fajitas. Delicious!! Flavorful unlike many Mexican places in derby. Real refried beans not canned. Oh, and nice peeps Can't wait to try more!!

It's cozy. The food is tasty. The portions are good sized. The salsa is good. Not to my liking with chunks of chopped tomatoes, onions and with big pieces of chopped cilantro. But I know plenty of people who would. I'm one of those that can't do cilantro. Service was great from entering to leaving. Smiling, helpful and attentive but not overly.

My wife and I love this place. Food is great, marguarita's tasty and the service is fast and friendly!
