I have worked with Tim for 30+ years. He did my parents trust which has been a family treasure for us. He continues to do trusts for family and friends and they are very complete.

Tim wrote our so-called trust. After the co-trustee died, I had to pay other attorneys (2 of them) to read & interpret the document. It was not only poorly written, but resulted in all assets being transferred to the beneficiaries immediately, without the death of the other trustee.BEWARE.
