LaRocca's Pizza

Looking over Yelp pizza info for Topeka and settled on LaRocca's Pizza. It was an excellent choice. I had a thin crust deluxe with extra sauce. The pie came out fast and hot with plenty of toppings. Highly recommended if you're looking for pizza in Topeka.

A friend and I were craving Pizza so we decided on LaRocca's. Our Server greeted us promptly after we sat ourselves. She was friendly and checked on us often throughout our visit. We started with the Cheesy Sticks which came out fresh and hot-it had lots of cheese on it and the marinara was delicious. We ordered a small combo pizza, it was hot fresh and delicious! The crust on it was perfect! There are booths, tables and a back room(which was closed off when we went) there is also a small patio with a some outdoor tables for dining.

Laroccas has been our family fave for years. New owners did not impact that. The food is still great! Meatballs are my favorite & the best around! Pizza crust is so good - especially enjoy the cauliflower crust. The Mexican style pizza is just terrific, I have to give up my pepperoni occasionally! And we like dining in, ordering at the table. When you walk in- it reminds you of going to Pizza Hut or Happy Joes as a kid (in the 70s ) when pizza places were an experience! The smell is the best!

Busy Friday night. Seat yourself and a server will bring menus to your table. We found a small table in the middle of all the action. The booths were a bit more off the busy path but full of patrons. We opted for two mini individual thin crust pizzas after conferring with our server. It was a great recommendation. I got a deluxe version and Husband had the meat lovers. Not wanting a huge meal, nor leftovers, it was just the right amount of food. My cab was a hearty pour. Pizza was hot and delicious. Service was efficient and helpful. Great experience.

There was a period of time after Vince LaRocca retired that this pizza joint lost some of its loyal customers. We've been coming here for years - sometimes it is good and sometimes not so much. This week we stopped in on a Thursday night and it was DELISH. Kind of back to its original glory. We ordered the large Deluxe Pizza with two side salads. Everything was "just like it used to be." We asked our waitress if there were new owners, but she said the current proprietor has had it for two years. The wait staff never stop for a break, it was busy and we left happy. This is our "go-to" pizza place in Topeka!

My first time here and omg the waitstaff gave me every reason not to order from, "are you sure you want to look at the menu because we are super busy"... to "let me check on how long carry out will take.... oh wait it depends on what you order" !I cannot believe what I actually heard :(!!!

Was it the best pizza ever? No but for it being in Topeka it was pretty damn good. It was an average looking pizza joint but the waitress that served me and my husband was nice and both the pizzas we ordered were delicious and fresh. I didn't have much expectation coming here but left pleasantly surprised. Will come back again in the near future to try more menu items.

I just called for carryout pizza and the guy said, I'm sorry we are too busy to accept carry outs! F THAT

Great service and a nice quiet place to eat in. I am from a pizza city so it makes me a tough critic on pizza places. I was pleasantly surprised on how good the pizza was.

The Pizza was Great, this place reminded me of small local pie shop where I grew up. LaRocca's was clean , staff was very friendly, the smell of pizza fills the air when you walk in, the pizza was delicious, not burnt on the bottom, a perfect crunch when you take a bite but not so crunchy it cuts the roof of your mouth, perfect amount of sauce and not over oily . I give this place 5 stars.
