Food: The meat in my two enchilada plate was all gristle. I came early in the day, so they can't have been scraping the bottom of the barrel either. The flavor of the meat was also off. It wasn't salted enough or flavored in any way. There was also a lot of filler vegetables which were not listed on the menu. If I wanted an enchilada that was half undercooked onion and bell pepper I would have ordered it that way The enchilada sauce and cheese that topped it wasn't bad and the tortillas weren't either but I seriously doubt any of it was made in house. The rice was also under seasoned but not that bad. The house salsas were fine, not good or bad, the green was slightly better than the red. On food alone, I probably won't be back, but I haven't tried anything else on their menu, so give it a try if you dare. Who knows, maybe I inadvertently picked the worst menu item. Service: The gentleman who took my order was very nice and he help my to go food from being made until I had eaten and was ready for it, or he made it and kept it in back, it's unclear, but he was very nice. Ambiance: They have no chairs that are not attached to the tables, and being a bigger gal, I was unable to sit comfortably at any of the tables. The music was at a good level though and the place was clean.

Came in and asked for super carnitas nachos. Wow! They really piled it on! I usually get super chicken nachos. I don't think I have ever had "regular" nachos. Might have to try other meat options!

Food was bland. Nothing in our order was right they forgot things we ordered and messed every single order we had. Everything looked rushed and not really cared for. Waste of money. You'd think they would try a little harder in times like this if they want to keep their business thriving.

****Stop the press!!!****If you're looking for great Ericsen food this is the place, trust me. If you look to my Yelp profile I am a Mexican food connoisseur. Born and raised in la and I've been up and down the west coast. I know it when I taste it and this is it. The tacos I ordered were great, they aren't hand made tortillas but for I will not fault them for that. They offered buche, which is a rarity unless it's authentic. The salsa was ok, understandable see that their clientele is Wichita. Beans and rice, just like home. Chips were amazing, fresh and crunchy. (And free) I'll be coming back before I leave.

So they serve breakfast burritos but now they don't open till eight I thought they opened at seven should open at six to serve breakfast. Not happy with this I like their food, but the breakfast hours are ridiculous.
