I think 1 star is being generous! We registered on line for a tour of the place. We were hoping to check out the place, as we will be enrolling our baby as soon as he turns 1 year old. He is currently a 5 month old infant and we are well aware that there should be a wait list to these places. Regardless, as soon as we came in, there was a very rude lady opening the door. She did not even allowed us to speak and said, "how old is your baby?" As soon as we said 5 months she replied, "No, there are no spaces. You should have called!" We explained that we just wanted to check out the place. She replied, "No, I just told you there are no spaces and the wait list is until June!" Given her aggression, we did not even waste our time on such an uneducated, horribly rude and unhappy individual! I could just imagine how they treat the kids!

My daughter goes here and she is doing great! The first few weeks were hard on her beings how she had never been in a daycare setting. Now she is happy to go to daycare. I love the pictures that they send to me showing me how her day is going. They also tell me what she eats and how much. They also tell me about her potty times. I am so happy that I have my daughter there.

I absolutely would absolutely NOT recommend this day care provider to any parent especially if they have a toddler who can't speak, and tell you what happened while under the care of these people. Our baby had developed a bad rash in this facility that would clear during the weekends when she was home with us and return as soon as she went back to this place. One daily reports proves that they were not changing her and only swapping a clean diaper on a dirty bottom. She came home with poop remnants on her but the diaper was spotless clean, indicating she had not been cleaned well.We filled in a medication form and no medication was given on that particular day. One afternoon I had changed her diaper myself BUT their daily report still indicated that they had changed her at this time. We spoke to Angel the assistant manager and she mentioned that they only indicate the diapers changed by the staff and not those changed by parents meaning that this daily report was false. They also indicated that they had not applied any cream YET she had old diaper cream streaks on her, again meaning that a good job had not been done. Her father picked her up at 5:50PM BUT they still indicated on the daily report that this is the time she had been changed. A circle lies from them. We brought all of this to the attention of Angel and all she could say was that she will talk to them.When the rash returned the following week, we called Angel for we needed to know first if they would accommodate our baby if the doctor indicated that they were to use cotton balls and water to clean her. She called the manager talked to her and came back and told us that this was something that they would accommodate with a doctor's note. Angel was very apologetic and promised to work with us. The very next day we took her to see the doctor, she got some medication for her rash and a doctor's note to have the facility clean her with our child had been abused based on what they saw from her diaper. THE NERVE OF THESE PEOPLE. Her bottom area was reddened due to their staff doing a very mediocre job when it came to changing diapers. You really don't have to go to school to learn how to change a diaper. I believe that this was an attempt to cover up the fact that we had complained numerously about her rash, threatened to pull her out if this did not improve, and in an obviously desperate attempt to avoid any neglect accusations on their end, so they decided to pass on the buck as child cotton balls and water. The day care facility then called the cops and alleged child abuse.I also believe that Laura, who when she first saw me said she knew me, and even pointed out my old apartment- (this should have been a RED FLAG before I left my daughter there, especially under her care) - was probably retaliating for she was the one probably getting all the heat of this poorly done job especially after Angel had already told us that she would make sure that the only person changing her diapers was Laura. Laura's excuse to this was that my baby hated diaper changes. I mean what baby wouldn't especially when the kids were being changed on a rock solid hard counter top with no diaper pad.{poor babies) Needless to say of course there was nothing to their bogus allegation of abuse. We LOVE our baby to death she is our world. I would give up my life for her to live, and the thought of someone even thinking or insinuating any form of child abuse,(in what we thought was a desperate and failed attempt to cover up their obvious neglect for her) was nothing BUT DISGUSTING.Our next encounter with these people showed us their TRUE colors. Laura the toddler teacher just turned into a complete animal. Lie she'd just been set free from the wild. It was difficult to come into terms with the fact that I had left my baby under her care for 2 whole weeks. She screamed at me about how she had 10 babies under her care and how she knows how to change diapers and I had to sit and wonder 10 babies? I thought they had a 5:1 ratio how was she caring for 10 babies? No wonder my child's diaper was not been cleaned well. When one of her employees told her to go out for lunch and closed the door this Laura person still kept on screaming from outside behind the closed door trying to validate whatever useless point she had. Another random woman who was there kept complaining about being told to give us a copy of our paper work. Anyway long story short the cops were called they cleared the air, and we got our baby out of this hell hole. I feel very so sorry for any parent that has their child enrolled here. It was like we'd just stepped out of a horror movie. I'm so glad she is out of this horrible place. In her miserable two weeks there, she'd already fallen outside banged her head and had a bump, she had a bad diaper rash which BTW again has cleared now that she is no longer there. Avoid this place and Laura should be replaced she lacks ANY form of professional etiquette.
