La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Excellent Covid-19 safety measures. Masks are required to enter & can be removed when seated.Clean building, friendly & attentive staff. The salsa & queso were delicious as were our meals!

Food: Slightly under-salted but good overall. Their menu is vast and it seems like they pull from all over Mexico to check a lot of boxes culturally. The salsa was so mild - like extra mild - so we asked if there was a hotter version and they obliged. The quesabirria was good and the enchiladas were also. The chips are little thick for my liking but overall I would go back. Service: The waitress was all over the place and we had to find her to get our check paid but she refilled our beverages and was nice enough to be going on with. Ambiance: The vibe was touristy Mexican- like but in a slightly good way. I didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it. It doesn't feel like a traditional Mexican spot but it also doesn't feel like a fast food Mexican place either. The wall art was interesting and more nouveau than other Mexican spots I have visited but not unappealing. The music was a nice mix of traditional bolero and newer Latino pop.

Good food but they don't have any mild sauce. Sometimes the heat takes away from the taste

Excellent Service. The food was fantastic! The La Hacienda bowl was delicious. My husband had the Pablano dip--that was a meal in itself! We will be back!!

Had a brand new waiter who didn't have any knowledge about the daily specials!!! Finally had to give up and order something else!!! Felt like he should have been accompanied by a fully trained staff member longer!!! Service was very slow also!!! Atmosphere was fine though!!! Wasn't overly empressed with the food it was run of the mill but was large enough on the quantities!!!

My experience was horrible, I went in to order carry out, at first, I was brushed off by the hostess multiple times, then the "gentleman" that took my order was extremely rude, rushed me to take the order, and cut me off as I was speaking. When I got the food, it had a chemical taste to it and there was barely any cheese (which I specified in the order). I waited quite a while for the order and was glared at multiple times from other employees. This establishment isn't worth the time or price BY FAR! Extremely poor quality and service.

Always fresh ingredients and serviced nice and hot. Atmosphere is cheerful & yet not too loud. Wonderful service each time.

How was the food? Not sure cause we sat there for 20 minutes and had no one come by to even take a drink order. Not likely to go back either. I know staffing is a problem for us all everywhere, but saw tons of wait staff walking all over. Very disappointed. Take a snack if you go so you have something to eat.

Bierriaquesa tacos were delectable. Juicy, crunchy, tasty.....yeah. Queso fundido appetizer with chorizo hit the spot. Jose was handling the whole east side of the restaurant and he did not miss a beat. Service was great. We had a great time. The food tasted great. Bustling atmosphere. We have made this our go to in our hometown.

The food was amazing we got the what super ranchero enchiladas and the quesadilla grande enchiladas me and my brother ate and it was so good the sauce for the quesadillas was really good the enchiladas was really good best food I've had in years must try
