La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

La Fiesta is a great place to visit for drink deals on Mondays and Wednesdays. On Mondays the deal is Half-Priced margaritas and on Wednesdays it is half priced beer. The restaurant itself is very colorful and a fun environment!Their menu says that they charge extra for additional salsa and chips but I have never been charged for them during meals. The waitstaff is friendly and professional but often struggles to get orders correct during my visits (I do not make any modifications to the menu). The last time I visited the entire table was on separate checks . When we were instructed to try to pay online through clover the checks were split up but there was only the option to pay the tab in full. This led to some headache during the payment process. I hope this new payment method is improved on in the future.

Absolutely love this place! My go-to meal from this place is the Huevos Rancheros which turns me into a very happy camper! Super nice people and endless food options. But the food is a chef's kiss! Also, every bad review I've seen on here is from people that work at the one in Junction City which is weird. But the one in Manhattan is amazing!

Great place for authentic Mexican food, really enjoy the pollo quesadilla, pollo a la Parilla, and the flour chips with Queso! I enjoy this location over the one in JC- JC location has beeen slow with ok service.Here they do their best to serve you hot Mexican food quickly! I love their margarita deals and the happy hour ddeals/ days can't be missed either!

They only put cheese sauce on my husbands steak but gave me a lot even when I didn't ask for it,but overall it was decent the service was nice but will not be returning.

I am from California and know some good mexican food! This place is amazing! Great prices and don't even get me started on the salsa! It is SO GOOD! My partner and I split a chimichanga and we both leave so full!! Leave under 15$ and both full-sounds like a good time to me:)

This salad will kick you in the face. It's the best salad in Manhattan. Hands down. I think more about this salad than I do about my Ex-Wife. And that's saying something..

I have been hunting a go-to Mexican spot in town. Though on the outskirts of Manhattan, this well priced establishment is on the inside of flavor-town!! Incredible food! Very friendly staff and awesome drinks! The fajitas are sizzling hot and super tasty. Love the salsa! Paired well with the lime margarita. Will definitely be returning.

If you want some great Mexican food take a short drive to junction city and eat at the ACTUAL La fiesta in JC. This restaurant is owned/operated from a ex employee who used to work at the la fiesta in JC who decided to open up a restaurant using the same name/menu.
