I took my 2019 Tacoma to these guys for a once-over and estimate. They did the whole process in less than an hour and provided a detailed explanation of needs, shoulds, and if I wanted to maintenance issues. I took it back for the needs, which were taken care of in a reasonable time frame & affordable price. Due to a promotion, I was able to get the rest of the suggestions taken care of affordably. I will be taking the pickup back again for tires & an oil change. Quality people who work with the customer to ensure their vehicle is taken care of without breaking the bank.

I am traveling thru Wichita on business in my rv and needed an issue with my lights on my toad checked out. I called them and they said come on in and in less than an hour they had diagnosed and fixed the wiring issue that the install had screwed up. Then the charged me a more than reasonable price. With me being not from there I was expecting to get ripped. If I ever need anything else done while on the road I will try and wait until I can get to Wichita. Its a shame more people do not conduct business like they do. Thank you to everyone there.

After the first time using them, every estimate on my other vehicles has been double, or even triple, what other mechanics will do the same work for. including the dealerships. I've gone back over the years to try, because they're close, and I've continually taken my vehicle back and took it somewhere else.

Yesterday, I took my 2015 Jeep to have it checked when it was making a noise that sounded like a loud fan. They looked it over and called me saying that my radiator is leaking and that I need to replace it. They were going to charge "$850 for everything out the door." Every other place that I called for an estimate of this same job said around $400. Let that sink in for a moment.Furthermore, when they said it was leaking badly, I began to think that I had not seen anything in my driveway, nor had my engine overheated. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion where they told me my radiator is not leaking and that I DO NOT need to replace it. The second place was not looking to "take the job" as BK at L&M stated when confronted about this, because no replacement means no money.As a woman who entered the shop alone, it appears as though they were trying to take advantage of the situation and a female customer. I do not trust the staff at this auto shop and will never be returning.

smart car owners: L&M has experience working on smarts. And they have a rack small enough to get your smart in the air if necessary. AND they are conscientious, detail-focused, friendly, reasonably priced, AND their shop is clean and comfortable. I like 'em!!

The best Auto shop I've come across. The staff are friendly, fair, and truly want the best for their customers and their vehicles. After searching for a place for things from oil changes to big jobs, L&M was the place to go. Highly recommend.

Misty, Taylor, and all the crew at L&M took such good care of me when my 10 yr old Chevy Sonic had major HVAC problems. The issue at first was misdiagnosed as the problem came back the following day. It turned out to be a much more serious (and expensive and lengthy) issue. They worked with us, though, helped to keep the cost reasonable, even loaned us a nice car for the five days it took to get the right part in and installed. My car works great now, and I'm so thankful for their excellent customer service, professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend their services.

Quoted $860 to replace two rear shocks and sway bar on my Sprinter RV because it was a "really big job" and would take 4 hours. First that's $215/hour labor charge. Second, I had someone else do the job and it took 43 minutes from the time the technician got into the RV and drove it into the service bay until he parked it outside after completing the work. Each shock has two bolts (4 bolts total) the sway bar has 6 bolts total. 10 bolts for $860. Instead of quoting a ridiculous price why not just tell me you made a mistake and can't do the job? I only took it there because they said they could do the job. Then came the ridiculous quote. Complete waste of time.**Edit** - After reading my review Caleb (the owner) called and discussed the issue I experienced. He explained how they determine labor pricing and, in this case, the computerized pricing tools they use was wrong. During our conversation Caleb struck me as an honest business owner that wants to do right for his customers. He didn't make excuses, accepted responsibility and apologized for the mistake. He never asked me to change my review but given his genuine desire to make things right I felt obligated to change my original 1 star review to 4 stars. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they should have taken the time to look under my RV and they would have seen that this really was an easy job.

Brought in my truck for oil change, tire rotation and coolant flush/replacement. I just recently moved to the area and had to find reliable mechanic for regular maintenance on my vehicle. While I was waiting for my vehicle there were several other customers who came in and I could see that I made the right choice. I observed that the facility was busy but very productive. I really appreciate the work and what I paid for my services. I will be regular customer when my vehicle needs serviced.
