L & L Family Estate Sales

I know this company through Equip-bid auctions. They are friendly, professional, and very well organized. Often I forgotten to come at my appointment time to pick up items and their staff will call me with a reminder. I've always enjoyed my interactions with this company and their staff.

I would HIGHLY recommend Liz and L&L! She was amazing, professional and personable. Liz and her crew did such an amazing job with our online estate sale. Outstanding customer service and value! Liz was wonderful and extremely helpful to me both over the phone and in person. Communication was excellent and professional. She was willing to work with me on load out time and was helpful at the location. She was both pleasant and accommodating.I look forward to doing business together again.

I buy from a lot of different estate sales and auctions and most people and places are still being nice to their customers and working with them especially with everything going on right now but when I went to get my stuff here today there were no customers there and yet I was told I couldn't get my things until my scheduled time so I waited an hour since I was from out of town and then when she finally did get my stuff she was rude and treated me like I had the plaque or something. Her assistant was nice though so I won't be going back there anymore.

I recently bid on a jewelry lot and when I picked it up what I bid on was not there. The auction attendant promised to call me and never did. I emailed as well without any response. This is not a trustworthy business.

L & L Family Estate Sales did a fabulous job on our sale. My mom moved into a Senior Community and had downsized significantly. It turns out that we had a good bit of "extra stuff", too. L & L had been recommended to us, but Mom and I went to some Estate Sales to check things out for ourselves before deciding who to call. The differences we saw reinforced the decision to call L & L Family Estate Sales. Liz and Lorrie and their assistants methodically sorted and organized the items to show everything to its best advantage. We are sure that helped us get the highest return. They were professional, efficient, careful, and hard working. They were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions. Lorrie and Liz were very thorough and they treated us and our accumulated items with understanding that these were items that had meaning to us, even if they were no longer useful in our own lives. It's nice to know that others will use these things, and it is great to have gained some cash in the process. We are really happy we called L & L. We highly recommend them.Karen C.
