Kwiklock Storage

They confirmed that the contract ended on 11/1 yet I still got billed. I finally just paid it to protect my credit and get rid of them. But I rented it in my name for my mother so they had her information and mine. They they auto withdrew payment from her account and accepted payment from me so they got paid TWICE for a month they never should have billed for. I called to straighten this out and the woman said they have no records of any transactions anymore and to talk to new owner. (Again, new owner has no access to Kwiklock records) They seem to have great units but very poor management. They took no responsibility for these issues. Additionally, the woman who answers the phone is rude, interrupted me, would not listen. She was very patronizing to my mother, who is an older adult. I rented on my mother's behalf because she is legally blind and could not see the contract well enough to complete it. I told this woman at Kwiklock that and she talked to my mother as if blindness meant she was cognitively impaired. No understanding of disability at all. Again, do not recommend.

Great storage facility. New management has made quite a few significant changes recently. The new automatic gate, lights, and cameras give me more peace of mind than I previously had. I also enjoy the online rental platform instead of having to mail my check in each month.
