Kwik Shop

This Kwik Shop is much bigger than the one on Haven, KS. The parking is small for trucks, but adequate for the amount of trucks parked here. We couldn't hardly get a spot that wasn't flooded today. Walking around to the front of the store I noticed a sign that said $10.00 for parking, it was hard to believe with the way the truck parking area looked. Then I saw the air machine..$1.50 with quarters and $1.75 with a card, they like their air. When coming through the entrance you are welcomed by a very spacious and quiet store. The cashier greeted us and we headed straight to the restrooms...it was nice, this Kwik Shop had two restrooms (male & female) fit for one at a time, so we was both able to go at the same time...very clean. Back out into the store we saw the cleanliness and the nice wide aisles. Everything looked well stocked and we didn't see any signs posted about limiting products. When we purchased some donut holes, the cashier, being concerned, asked if we were staying clean out on the road, which we told her that we had hand sanitizer and disinfect wipes plus we keep our distance from people so we're pretty well covered. She then told us to stay clean and safe out there as we were leaving back out to the flooded lot.

When I try and get cash back they act like it's the end of the world. Why do you have cash back on your option for debit if you only allow a certain amount. Funny how your the only kwik shop that does this too...

I was just in there and they were out of almost everything they had no gallons of milk or half gallons of milk all they had was a little pint and when I complained about it the girl says you can buy it somewhere else if you don't like it you have an attitude you don't need to have an attitude and I said I do because you don't you're not doing your job and she told me to get out so I would avoid them at all cost

The worst Kwik shop in Wichita. They never have money orders the workers have bad attitudes they tell you if you complain not to come back. Very bad place to shop.

Is there a Kwik Shop anywhere around here that cleans their tea dispensers and makes fresh tea?This Kwik Shop ranks only behind the one in Haysville when it comes to 'tastes like bongwater smells' tea. I have actually spit out (and then dumped) the tea because it tasted like an algae bloom in progress. I have seen countless other customers taste their drink, grimace, and then dump it. What a waste!No one can ever tell me when the tea was made; usually I get a shrug or a look as if I have two heads. If I tell them it tastes old or like the dispenser hasn't been cleaned, no one cares. After a year of trying desperately to get good tea at least once, I stopped trying here. I go to QuikTrip where it's always fresh! And while I'm there i spend money inside their store on other things. I have written to corporate about this but no one replies. Sorry Kwik Shop but you are seriously missing out on revenue here because your staff can't or won't fix this problem!*On the plus side, the staff at this store are consistently friendly if I have to conduct business for anything elseUPDATE: I refuse to shop at this store ever I now go down the street to QuikTrip for anything I need. Why? Because some clerk named "Adrika" has chapped my behind at every visit. She gossips about her co workers to other employees and I can hear it clear back at the coolers. She talks about customers when they leave (to some Russian sounding female employee I think was or is the manager). She gripes about her job and "corporate they suck they think they run our lives they trippin the shit they say" She never says thank you and throws my change at my hand and gives me attitude when half of it lands on the counter and rolls. I once asked her if she was having a bad day and she bitched at me all the way out the door. That wouldn't be so bad except my husband was still in the store and said she said "Who dat bitch think she is" when I was out the door. Well this bitch thinks she'll go to QuikTrip where the employees are quality.
