They reassured us our insurance covered our daughters' initial visits and X-rays they wanted to take. We got a bill and it didn't cover anything. We switched insurances and were approved for retroactive coverage.We informed them (and stayed in contact throughout all of this).Instead of billing the new insurance, they sent our balance to collections. They either don't train their desk staff, hire people not suited for that position, or were intentionally deceiving us.Either way, we are never going back and do not recommend to anyone.

Worst Pediatric dentist my kids have been. Do not fake your kids there. i go to Wichita now because she did unnecessary work on my kid, this new dentist told me she did a very poor job and my kid is paying the price. She should be. Reported to the dental association. She does not care for kids, she only cares about money. Some of the staff is nice, others are entitled. Please save a headache for you and your kid and go somewhere else
