Koi Ramen & Sushi

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a place in the middle of Kansas! The food was delish and service was very friendly. Very fresh sushi and my niece loved the yakitori and the ramen!

The place was very busy when I went. Still, we were served within 20 minutes or so of ordering. The booth we were in was near the door, but not cold in the winter. It was private enough for my wife and I have a date. My wife and I had boba to start off with. Both were very good and balanced the way we like it. The sushi came out fresh and amazing. A couple pieces fell apart, but nothing out of the ordinary. The ramen, I had the spicy menudo, may be the best I've ever had. My wife even liked it and she's iffy on some ramen. I'd gladly come back.

I really like this place I've been to both the one in Salina and Hutchinson and have yet to have a bad meal, appetizer or boba drink. The service has always been attentive knowledgeable and courteous.

The food here is amazing!! Have had everything from the seaweed salad appetizer, pork buns, tempura vegetables, fried calamari, and edamame for appetizers - all were incredible!! The entree dishes have all been delicious as well, the miso and udon and ramens, along with the sushi have always been wonderful! Service is always fast and friendly, so happy it's here in Hutchinson!!

Such good options on the menu. Calamari was quite good. We each ordered the Hawaiian Poke Bowl. Very good. Lovely staff

We have eaten here twice and both times been very pleased with both our sushi choices and our poke bowls, and even the Boba. I'm terribly not comfortable with is how unbelievably dirty the windows if you are unfortunate enough to be sat in a booth beside a window and the front door glass. I was very distracted through our entire lunch. It's been a very very long time since they have been cleaned. It's shocking to me that restaurant owners allow this kind of dirtiness. I always think if this is what they let me see what does what I can't see look like! This would be an easy thing to clean up and keep clean. Neither time did I go to the restroom. I would like them to be successful as this is a convenient location for us and the only sushi place in town.

We ordered Agedashi tofu, two Ramon bowls and two boba drinks. They were all delicious. Price was just right. The server was very friendly. The place looked newly renovated and nicely maintained.

The food was delish out and not pricy. The service was good. We were surprised on how much food we got.

This place is incredible. The buns are incredibly delicious, as is the fried chicken. Everything is great. Be sure to make requests if you are allergic to anything. Leave a great tip too. It was an honor to eat there. I will be returning! Highly recommended! Forgot to add pictures! A+++
