Just a few miles off the interstate. This hidden gem is a locals favorite. It has everything you would expect Kansas BBQ Has to offer. Definitely worth the quick trip through a very cute town. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Great brisket sliders and side good food will visit again when back in the area. Very friendly, clean and family orientated.

I'm always disappointed when I eat here. The meats are sometimes served cold. Yuck! However, That being said, chances are you will have a normal, forgettable meal here without being disgusted.

Buffet is over priced and the meat is dry, go to woodies. I've had the same experience 3 times that i have eaten there, maybe they need new management or employees, food is cold too.

We love knackies! We've used them for catering and eating in. The owner is amazing and so generous and friendly. She always brings out large candy bars for our children to pick after the meal. When we've used them for catering they provide ample portions and are great to work with. We've enjoyed every food we've had!

Thanks again for great bbq in Inman on Friday night. Such a great family gathering place where everyone knows you and there is always a smile. Not to mention I was able to order breakfast bierocks and a birthday cake while I was there!

I am bumping Knackies up a star. I went there for an event and the experience was much better then the other two I had. I don't know why the first 2 experiences were just okay....but this time it was really good and I would go back. Nice job !

Great food and great service. The family that owns the restaurant is super nice. Sometimes you get a nice little surprise of a sweet treat with your meal! One day I ordered takeout and even got a dessert thrown in with that! It was delicious! They are also very affordable!

Went to the salad bar with a side of brisket. Salad bar could have had a few more options such as broccoli, cauliflower, chickpeas and such. Beef had a nice flavor and I found all the sauces good. They come around with a free dessert, I shared a strawberry cupcake topped with a sparkly, tasty frosting with my fellow diners. Very reasonably priced.
