Just encountered the absolute worst car buying experience of my entire life! I'll share the shortened version to save everyone the time. Went in this last Saturday and dealt with the GM Jeremy Biddle. Spoke numbers on a 2018 Ford Escape. Decided that with my budget, everything was checking out good. Nice car, great gas mileage, the whole nine yards. Walk out of there Saturday late afternoon and Jeremy let me take the car prior to signing paper work because we were both a person of our word... or so I thought. Might I add, we both shook hands on multiple occasions regarding the deal that was on paper and agreed to by both parties. Get a call Sunday from Jeremy telling me that he made a $4000 mistake and that the car and the payments would be much more than we agreed upon. Of course I'm unhappy at this point, but who wouldn't be? Might I add, I'm completely tolerable of making mistakes, everyone does it. But it's how you fix the mistake that speaks. I gave Jeremy multiple opportunities to fix his mistake and even offered to meet him half way despite already agreeing to a certain price not even 24 hours prior. Jeremy offered to take off $750, but that was "the best he could do." For a "hometown" dealership, he sure has a big city attitude. If I have any advice, make sure everything is in writing with a signature intact. This was a good lesson learned on how not to treat your customers for myself and hopefully Jeremy as well.

KLINE MOTORS...... where do I begin. (Crooks!)First off, you would get better service and vehicles off Broadway.....we are a family of seven.my father-in-law had some savings and wanted to buy us a reliable vehicle that we all could fit in comfortably.so we spent all our savings on this truck....The sales person guaranteed us that this Ford expedition was a phenomenal truck that was previously owned by corner bank & that they had no problems with this vehicle the only reason they even traded it in was because they wanted a truck. So we buy the vehicle out right. We were ecstatic! we finally have something that our family can fit in. I kid you not and hour after buying it we got the whole family in the truck for a ride & the truck begins to sputter. The same problem that our previous truck was doing so we recognize that right off the bat. Called klines and explain what was going on. They told us to bring the truck in next week and they would have a look. Long story short because at this point I really could write a book. They said yes it does have this problem bring it back to us next week so that we can fix it. This is 2 wks later..Brought it to them got it back did the same thing called him OK bring it to me next week ,they admitted. Yes it still has this problem.basically the whole almost 2 months that we've had the vehicle they've had it 90% of the time got it back from them the second time that they"fixed the problem "and there was a hole in my passenger leather seat. Which was probably from someone having a tool in their back pocket or something of that nature, i'm assuming. Once again bring it and we will fix it brought up that Tuesday they had it all day to tell me oh yeah bring it back next Tuesday cause the guy can fix it ....The whole truck rattles like it's fixing to fall apart. So they also had to fix the window. So I go to bring my son to daycare this morning out in the snowy roads and the check engine light comes on and it starts sputtering like it's fixing to break down we haven't even gotten the tags for it yet... The check Engine light started blinking. My husband talk to the owner and the owner says "oh yes I'm Familiar with this vehicle its had a lot of previous problems" so right there he just admitted that the sales person that sold us the car flat out lied to a struggling BROKE family And we have basically been told to go screw ourselves. Even after they know that they sold us non-quality car. P.s I give it no stars, but couldn't post unless I rated it, I guess. This is my first time doing this. Never have I had SUCH AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! And we really like to stay local but,BIG MISTAKE. AND NOW OUR FAMILY HAS A BROKE DOWN CAR THAT WE JUST PAYED 11 thousand dollars for..

I had my car being repaired at Kline motors. They kept my car for a week and did not fix it. It was then stolen from their lot and they did not take care of me or the damage is done to my car. They offer the worst service I have experienced in my lifetime.I had my car being repaired at Kline motors. We have bought new and used cars from Kline Motors on our last 4 vehicles. We have had nothing but good experiences w/them. Yes, being in a small town, we could probably get something cheaper in Wichita ---however, the customer service at Kline Motors cannot be beat. They will go above and beyond to help their customers. They appreciate loyalty and reflect that back ten fold. I highly recommend them to anyone - but, especially people of Cowley County! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I wish I could address their service, etc., however I never got the opportunity to find out. As a 60-year-old female I have never been treated with such dis-respect. I was virtually told that unless I was willing to commit to buying that day or, get this, come back with my husband, they didn't feel it was worth their time to look at my car to evaluate a trade or work up a deal. I have purchased cars without my husband present many times and have never been quite so insulted. I felt very sorry for the poor salesman trying to make a living while dealing with such resistance from management. He was put in a very difficult position. I honestly didn't know such ignorance existed today. Wow, gentlemen....how DO you stay in business? Needless to say...I walked!!
