It was a great experience moving into the complex when coming out of state. But after move in, this property does not do anything for the renter. Maintenance requests are not taken serious. For example, the first day moving into my apartment the air conditioner did not work. 2 weeks later it stopped again and called for an emergency request since my roommate was unable to exit the 94 degree apartment. They continuously temporarily fixed the AC and had a specialist that came in and said the entire unit need to be replaced. Management said this was not the case even tho the specialist talked directly to me about it. My electric bill for 6 months of my stay was over $180. The AC continued to run and not push out hot air. Once I moved from the apartment 1 month before my lease ended (still paid the full month and extent of lease). I got a bill for an additional month of rent past my lease as well as an additional $100 for a month to month saying they never received my 30 day notice. I gave a 30 day notice and was well out of the apartment by my lease end. For people looking for a apartment in Wichita STAY WELL AWAY FROM KINGSTON as they do not fix things that need fixed and rip you off.

Horrible communication. Wanted to schedule a tour and they only had one slot available for an online tour a month out from the day we requested. Didn't hear any confirmation aside from the day of. That confirmation must have been an automated system as we soon got a text telling us that the agent that was supposed to do our virtual tour was double booked. This text came in 30 minutes before it was supposed to start, after I had already used a vacation day for this tour because they're available hours aren't suited for anyone working a 9-5. They then told us that the next available spot for a tour was about 3 weeks out, and they told us that they weren't even sure if we could have a tour then. I doubt this place has more than 2 tours a day if that. Not happy at all, but might have ended up being a good thing because it sounds like communication is awful here, and I wouldn't expect it to be any better if we had a leak in the bathroom or something. Live somewhere else for sure
