I have been here almost 5 years the first 3 years have not been anything bad they were very responsible and got things done and kept up the grounds . I will say this they have changed management five times since I've lived here if not more in the last year this place has plummeted grass is over knee-high and the apartment complex started seeing bugs and roaches in the hallways and nothing being done about it always need to be deep cleaned it's nasty carpets have never been cleaned since I've been here they only come and spray your apartment if you ask them to checking on regular maintenance on filters and all that maybe once every 6 months is done neighbors are very noisy and loud and nothing is done about it and pool is always cloudy

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!if I could give these apartments a 0 star rating I would. let's start with this ( I didn't want to live here I was out of options )with that being said the office staff is in desperate need of being let go. they don't care to do there jobs and they are rude to boot. I've been given nothing but attitude anytime I spoke with them. my lease stated I was living at magnolia lake apartments. when in fact I lived at kings borough they changed the apartment number 5 times before move in so the apartment I got was not what I had originally agreed to. when I asked for a second floor apartment I was given a third floor one instead. there is black mold that they have painted over in just about every apartment. they try to make it seem like people default on these lease for literally anything. my neighbor was given a 3 day notice due to her making a complaint about rowdy tenets at 4am. ( you could hear there music verbatim through the whole building) the maintenance team is a joke. they will paint over anything they can including but not limited to mold, tooth paste, bugs. please save yourself the headache and find something else literally anything else

These are true predators. My friend trusted Kingsborough Apartments when moving into his first apartment. He handed them nearly $1000 with faith that he would be paying for a safe home. The reality was pure horror. He was met with roaches, Black Mold, scary electrical issues, carpet soiled with animal waste that always stunk, and incompetent/unresponsive management. His complaints were never addressed properly, if at all. For example, he watched "maintenance technicians" spraypaint white paint over Black Mold in his utility closet. He reached out to management on multiple occasions only to be met with a dead phone line and no reasonable way to contact them. Management would even "close the office" during normal business hours when they didn't want to deal an issue. One month ago, management agreed to release him from his lease and refund all of his money. He has been more than patient. However, they still cannot produce a check. They always have an excuse. They are nearly impossible to get in contact with, and when they do respond, they continue to give the runaround. The management has no problem swearing, walking away mid-conversation, threatening to call the police, or anything else that will allow them to abuse tenants.Kingsborough Apartments, complex manager Devon Farha, and Eucalyptus Real Estate should be ashamed. They have been on the wrong end of too many news articles accusing them of this very same criminal behavior. Here's just a few examples:https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cjonline.com/amp/5505884001https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.kansas.com/news/business/article1080677.htmlhttps://www.kake.com/story/42280457/kake-news-investigatesStay away from anything owned by Eucalyptus Real Estate. It's a dangerous company. And especially stay away from Kingsborough Apartments.

We lived there for almost 2 years. A homeless person broke into the locked laundry room by breaking the window, yet nothing was done about the window so even more homeless people came in.We had to stop doing laundry there because people were stealing our clothing out of the wash. People would do drugs and then go door to door harassing everyone. It wasn't safe for my children so we have 30 days notice. The office refused to do anything about it. Even when police were called. There were bed bugs and roaches when we lived there but we didn't have a problem but it was hard to keep it that way. They some how got an eviction against me and my husband even though we never received the papers we should have been served and we had a legit reason to break our lease.Be wise who you choose to sign a lease with.

They don't give back deposit, call for maintenance it takes days or weeks even with water backups. The water coming from shower and sinks smell like shit back up. Hallway lights are always burnt out. Laundry the machines are always broken.

This is one apartment complex you should not move into. I have had several maintenance issues...Since it is affordable rent it lures in a lot of undesirables, and since the walls are thin you get to hear all of their drama at all hours of the day and night...and there is NOTHING the office does about it.
