Kidd's Towing

I had no issues. He called before arriving to tell me he was on his way, he got more specifics on where we were. He arrived in less than an hour.When he arrived he took pictures of the car, then helped push it where he could load it. He loaded the vehicle and followed my husband and I to the mechanic. He dropped the car there for them where the mechanic told him to. He filled out the paperwork, called in the payment for the towing and he was on his way.The young man was respectful and professional. They support law enforcement so that is a HUGE plus for me.

Shout out to Kyle for helping me out when I requested Kidd's towing services! He went above and beyond for me. His great attitude and knowledge about cars really helped save me money and time. I am grateful for people like him.

They came when they said. Kept us updated. Professional. Friendly. Very conscientious. No cussing like others I've used. Would definitely use again.

After my car was wrecked in an accident, I called AAA for a tow and ride to a hotel. It was taking a really long time to get AAA service. Police officer called Kidd's Towing Service for me. Their driver, Ryan, arrived quickly and hooked my car up carefully and professionally. He offered me a ride to my hotel but half way there I changed my mind and wanted to be dropped off at Enterprise Car Rentals. Ryan was so kind and patient with me. Enterprise didn't have any cars available when we arrived so Ryan attempted to find another rental car company. No luck so he dropped me off at hotel. I am so grateful for his help and kindness. He made my really bad day a little less horrible.

Kidd Towing quoted us $130 if car will go in neutral and $180 if not. Called Happy Hooker and they gave us a shorter wait time for only $75. Not wasting my time on Kidd Towing ever again.

My daughter's car was towed this past January 2025 by Kidd's Towing due to an accident. When she went to their tow yard to get into her car, she was not allowed to see it, get in it, anything; they told her she had to have the registration. She told them it was in her glove compartment. They said they had looked and it wasn't there. Once I heard this, I called and was told the same thing from the receptionist; I knew also that it was in her glove compartment. The receptionist then told me that I could contact the state and have them fax it to the tow yard. I called the state and they do not fax registrations due to privacy reasons which is understandable. I called and told the receptionist that and she again told me that they would have to have the registration. I asked the receptionist if someone went with my daughter to her car if she could look and I was told no by the receptionist. So, on my day off of school, I drove to a driver's license facility which is not in the same town I live in to purchase a duplicate registration and then went to the post office and paid extra to have it overnighted through the post office. When my daughter finally got the registration, she went to the tow yard, they let her in and the original registration was in the glove box just like she told them. She told the receptionist and all she said was "Oh." The car would have been out of the tow yard on Monday rather than Friday and I wouldn't have had to spend half my day and money on the duplication and mailing if those who work there would have done their job. I have called and left two messages for the owner, Michael Kidd, to call me but have not received a call back. If you are going to run a business, the owner needs to make sure the employees are doing their job(s)! I agree with a previous review; Kidd's Towing doesn't deserve one star, but to write a review, it is required to give them a star. This is the worst experience dealing with the receptionist and employees that I have experienced.

This company doesn't even deserve a star. The idiot towing my car punctured something to cause a massive oil spill and to put the cherry on the situation a mgr will take 2/3 days to get a hold of me . ARE YOU KIDDING?!​

Left me stranded. Cancelled tow without informing me. Unprofessional not customer focused!
