Key Rexall Health Mart Pharmacy

The pharmacists at Key Rexall were very helpful when I moved and could not find the pill bottles I had packed carefully somewhere so they wouldn't get lost. So I was running out of my ongoing medications and they helped me transfer prescriptions from out of state, and get them filled even though I had just filled them before my move and was also switching to new insurance and hadn't yet found a primary care doc here. In addition, I was able to get a wrist and a back brace there when I moved too many boxes. I like the local pharmacy feeling and the staff have been friendly.

Absolutely wonderful service from each pharmacist and employee. They all go above and beyond to help assist patients and members of the health care community.

They may cost a little more, but I never have to wait long and all the staff always go way above and beyond to help, so its well worth it. Not to mention its local, not big company which is a huge plus too.

I went to this pharmacy one time the other day and I had a horrible experience. I walked to the pharmacy counter to ask a question about where I could find something and the pharmacists proceeded to yell at me in front of other customers and employees. He said he was trying to fill a prescription and I need to learn patience or learn to find things on my own. He also stated that I was rude for interrupting him while he was trying to work. He wasn't even talking to anyone else or I would have gladly waiting my turn. Everyone in the store stopped to look at me. I have never felt so embarrassed or disrespected in my life. I will never step foot in this place again.
