Great walking track and workout areas. Spacious hot tub, pools and a water park not to mention the dry sauna and steam sauna are larger that other locations. Rock climbing wall and kids areas. Excellent customer service.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I'm in town visiting and always come here to get a guest pass as they have a nice facility. I've never had issues with them previously, but after today's experience, it would be unbearable to return EVER AGAIN.As I finished a leg training session for about an hour, the tank top I had on was soaked. The second half I planned to get on the stair master and just do cardio. I took off the top I had on since it was soaked, and wore a NORMAL sports bra they sold at Victoria Secret. You can see photo. 2 minutes after, an attendant came over and told me that I CAN'T workout in this facility with a sports bra as it is NOT APPROPRIATE, and that the policy states so.At this very moment, I felt extremely offended, humiliated, DISCRIMINATED and upset. I have NEVER encounter this in all the gyms I've been to, and I frequent a gym facility almost everyday as I know how to dress appropriately for gym.Being extremely upset and offended, I asked the attendant to show me where in the handbook does it state "no sports bra allowed" or "tank top must be over". Because I feel that I'm being DISCRIMINATED. As expected, the hand book says "appropriate gym attire". In my life's experience, what I wore is 100% appropriate gym attire. So then, the attendant said, a mom had complained and that's why he demanded that I put on a shirt (he then added he didn't think what I wore was inappropriate). At this moment, it is even more infuriating. The mom's reason was what I wore is inappropriate for children. Have these children never been to a pool in the summer? Have these children never watched TV in their life involving beach scenes? I assure you they have. If not, god help them.So it becomes a question of how unequal, to the point of discriminating, you treat your customers. the Mom who complained is your typical Midwest WHITE woman and I am of course Asian. So instead of telling this Mom the absurdity of claiming her child never been exposed to the sight of a female in SPORTS BRA WORKOUT WEAR, YMCA attendant chose to mindlessly come to me and instruct me that I can not workout in my sports bra and that I must put on a shirt or I am not allowed to be in this facility. This experience has been extremely traumatic to be as a human being, as a female and especially as an Asian female. I am a paying customer too, YMCA. Shame on you on the way you handled this sensitive situation. Your lack of professionalism and judgement is unforgivable!

This is definitely a family gym. So many great offerings for sports, cardio workouts, and other organized activities. We have absolutely loved this place. It does get a bit crowded on the weekends with families, activities, etc. But nothing abnormal compared to other popular gyms. Easily five stars. Fantastic staff.

Great place, they have lots of machines to choose from. It's always super crowded if u go after 3. They always run out of towels to use at the end with all the machines. Other wise it's cool.

Love the NW YMCA, this location has extremely friendly customer service as far as the front desk, instructors and the attendants. However, the Management is far from friendly and customer oriented. If you ever have a concern or a compliant be known that the manager does not care about your concerns, the member will never have a valid position, plus there is always a negative demeanor about him. Too many occasions that I have experienced along with other members experiences. Please wise up management, it doesn't take too much effort to be pleasant and listen to your members. Be KIND!

This location has friendly staff, new and modern equipment, a spin studio, several weights machines and big open spaces. They have several large studios and a full schedule of the latest classes. Janefer is the best fitness instructor. She leads several of their Zumba and aerobic classes. She is upbeat, fun, and makes sure everyone is comfortable. In the summer they have some outdoor fitness classes and sunset yoga. The climbing wall is my girls' favorite activity while waiting on mom and dad to work out. They have a great kids area with games, TV, air hockey, pool, wii, and chairs for reading or talking. The swimming pools are large and well staffed. They also have an outdoor waterpark and offer Aqua Zumba classes. So many options here for you and your family.

I love the location! The YMCA has updated workout equipment,TV's on the elliptical machines, a indoor pool and outdoor mini water park, sauna, hot tub, and so much more. The only down fall is getting around all of the kids. With so much to do at the YMCA, it's understandable why there is so many kids. It is a great place to bring the family. They have many classes to take and participate in: Yoga, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Zumba, etc...

The "family" locker rooms don't have heat or multiple bathroom stalls. so after swimming our 1 and 2 year olds are FREEZING. I took them to the women's locker room to change in a heated area and was told by management it was "inappropriate" for my 1 and 2 year old to be in the women's locker room with me. Management offered no alternative solutions and couldn't care less about the safety and comfort of our littles.
