Ken Lo Paintless Dent Repair

Ken did it again! My car was the victim of misfortune when a Uhaul's tire exploded on the highway and flung back onto my car going at 75mph, leaving this ugly dent. Ken responded to my query immediately and I was able to get the car into the shop the next day. He came in early to work on the car so that I could have it back in time to travel back to Texas. Amazing work per usual!!

Small place, not that it matters, but it was clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the guy acted like he actually wanted to be there and enjoyed his job. He looked at the quarter sized door ding and said they could take care of it for $75 and it would take an hour. One of the other employees came into the waiting room and was personable, he said this place has been here for about two years. I waited for 45 minutes and the owner came back in and said my car was done. He said that he wasn't able to get it all out but it looked pretty good. I went out and looked myself and I was unable to tell where the dent had been. To my untrained eye it looked perfect. I was very happy to say the least. I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

I had an accident in my garage , a large empty plastic container fell on my truck. leaving five dents. One of them was pretty bad and the one on the side fender was bad. We thought for sure not all of them would be able to be fixed. Mr. Ken Lo did a phenomenal job. The pictures don't show the before and after justice, his excellent customer service and excellent skills, saved me a ton of money since i did not have to take to body shop and saved me from having to file a claim through insurance.. very thankful for the outstanding job done!

Ken did such a great job on my s2000! Everything was done in a timely matter and the customer service was impeccable. Definitely recommend and will be doing business here for awhile.

Wasted my time going there getting an estimate when they don't even email you back with the estimate even after texted to ask them. They don't even have the courtesy to rely back Wasted one hour for nothing. Not recommended.

Excellent service. After the recent hailstorm we brought two cars here for repairs. The whole process was painless and the cars look great. Ken went the extra mile when my son dropped his car off late on a Sunday night. He saw the security video had been triggered and came down to the shop to move the car into the compound under lock and key. Ken's wife is charming and made sure the car interiors were detailed. Very professional in every way.
