Kellstrom Pharmacy

An excellent locally-owned pharmacy with speedy service and free delivery. Recommended, especially if you live within walking distance. Sad that they won't deliver to the University (but understandable).Pharmacists always put up with my horrifying insurance requirements with good humor. They are far more patient than I.

I've worked here for 3 weeks despite loyalty to showing up to work, I was told I was dispensable and replaceable and endangering to the community by choosing not to get vaccinated (despite the management knowing I was not vaccinated and was not going to get vaccinated until a later date). I was fired because I was not allowed to get vaccinated in 2 weeks.

I have used Kellstrom in the past and but never they I been treated so rude. I had the doctor transfer my prescription over there and when I gave them my insurance info they told me I didn't have any. Confused, I left to call my insurance company who told me it my medicine should be fully covered and that their records show that they NEVER looked it up. I went back and told them this but they REFUSED to try again. Just said "It didn't work" over and over again. Then once I tried to transfer the perception to Dillon's who won't give me the hassle they said they needed my doctors permission which turned out to not be true. They are keeping me from getting my medicine! I told Dillion's my problem and they said they would try their best to help me out but that Kellstrom has been difficult to work with in the past so I am NOT THE ONLY one having this problem. They lost a long time costumer due to the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. DO NOT use if you need your medicine immediately because they will make you jump through hoops due to their lack of service. It's day two of this non-stop fight and I still do not have what I need.
