Kelley & Dawson Service

My furnace went out and I took a chance on Kelley And Dawson. I am very happy with my choice. There was great communication to let me know when the next technician would be heading to my home. My tech Chad did an excellent job of getting things up and running again quickly. Chad did a good job of explaining where I was at on my 16 year old system. I have a much better idea of where I am at and what the possibilities are and my options going forward. Thanks Chad. I will be a repeat customer and recommend Kelley and Dawson to others.

My furnace went out, so on the recommendation of a friend, I called on the off chance a service technician would be available. They asked how soon I could be available! Even though the technician had to go get a part, he had me up and running in less than 2 his from the time I made the call. The price was less than originally quoted and seemed fair. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service.

My AC broke down on a 100 plus day, I didn't know until evening and I called the 24/7 Kelley and Dawson Service. Within minutes Caleb called me and was at my home in 30 minutes, he fixed the problem quickly and professionally!!! I am so thankful for Caleb's honesty, quick work and kindness. I will definitely recommend Kelley and Dawson to my family and friends. 5 stars!!!

About 25 years ago I solicited bids from several contractors for an HVAC system. Kelley and Dawson was the best value (what you get vs. what it costs). I've been using Kelley and Dawson ever since. They are friendly and have great service with high quality equipment. When it was time for another new system, I went back to them.
