I have lived in Ponca City for a long time. I have tried to use kealers many times for truck equipment. That have lots of great trailers, bumper replacements, and trailers, but the service is terrible.

I'll never use Keeler Equipment again for any truck bed, cake feeder, trailer, brush guard or other purchases. Note I said purchases. Their quality of work is above average I would say. Their installations seem to be on point and well executed. The reason I will not return- the customer service, as previously stated. Matt Keeler is not God's gift to the equipment and truck bed game. He's rude and condescending. He generally has a 'can do' attitude, but in a way that allows him to try and make you feel like a fool and himself look like a genius. Not exactly the ideal treatment of customers. Basically, if you bow to whatever he tells you you're going to buy and receive, you'll get along great with him. Don't ask any questions, don't make any suggestions, don't ask for much out of the ordinary. Not only is Matt not very customer friendly, their office staff is miserable. If you call, you might get someone to answer after the 8th or 10th ring. Almost every time I spoke with someone, it was a very young sounding girl who couldn't answer any of my questions or point me in any particular direction. Just providing some noise on the other end of the line. The older lady that works there though is wonderful. She's very sweet and considerate. The other women up front could take a page or two from her book about customer service and knowledge. Additionally, their lot is overcrowded, poorly arranged, and poorly maintained. The driveways are rough as can be and it is extremely difficult to maneuver around if there are any other customers there besides yourself. They are entirely overstocked with inventory to the point they have crowded themselves out of customer parking area. Personally, I don't see the need to have 500 (I'm guessing, maybe it's more or less) flatbeds stacked around one on top of another on top of another! I get the concept of being prepared and having inventory available, but I feel like they've overdone it quite drastically in contrast to the available property they have to use. I'd suggest seeking other alternative bed installers/accessory stores/trailer dealers around Oklahoma. Believe it or not, there are more than one! Although this may come as a shock to Keelers.
