Kechi Quilt Impressions

This place is beautiful! Wall to wall fabric and crafts- a rainbow!! Comfy and cozy, but so many rooms. I've taken classes and bought fabric. Now I see they have online shopping!! Very cool! As a younger quilter, I appreciate the knowledge these ladies can give!!!

Today is 06/27/2024. On 06/06/2024, my wife completed an on line order. The order has not been prepared or shipped and there is no status on the website. She has made several attempts to contact the store, to no avail. Several e-mails and phone calls, but no one responds. This review will be updated if things change. But for now, please be cautious if ordering on line from this store

This shop is packed with an amazing selection of fabrics. They specialize in Batiks as well as carrying a lot of Northcott and QT fabrics. They have lots of wide back fabrics too which makes it nice when you don't want to piece the back of your quilt!The ladies at the shop are so very helpful and are always willing to help you figure out a pattern, pair fabrics, and track down that elusive fabric you didn't quite get enough of. They are also affordable as they have some of the lowest prices in the area. I believe they also have layaway and other ways of working with you if you really want certain things for a quilt or to participate in a BOM! I absolutely love this shop and anytime I need fabric I come here!!!

This a shop that you might want to not stop at. The fabric are old and way overpriced. The owner tries to get you to go to work her as a volunteer ((work for free). Don't take q quilt to her to be made because it could take years to get back and you don't know what is going to cost

Wish I lived closer to this quilt store because the reviews have been wonderful! However, I ordered some fabric online from them and did not have such a great experience. After waiting sixteen days, I finally cancelled the orders. I had sent ten emails inquiring about the orders - only got a response to one. I called three times - the first time I was told the order was packaged and ready for shipping; second phone call, I was told it had shipped; third phone call, I was told there was no tracking number and it had not shipped. What?!?! At this point, I told them to cancel the order and I purchased my fabric from a different store. I do the majority of my quilt fabric shopping online and have never experienced anything like this before. Sixteen days and they hadn't shipped my fabric yet? It's absurd! And to be so misled regarding the status of my order??? I just don't understand. I wish them well, but will never order from them again.
