Kansas Secured Title-Sedgwick County

I have used Kansas Secured Title services for over 23 years now and I am a very satisfied customer. They go above and beyond in being helpful, friendly and accommodating, they are my number one go-to company for title services.

The buyer of my home insisted that we use Kansas Secured Title. And after my experience with them I urge you to NEVER use this company to oversee the closing of any real estate sale. The inexperience and carelessness of such an important transaction was beyond me. Once the mistakes on their agents' behalf were realized, I was no longer treated as a consumer but as an enemy and each employee became nasty and aggressive each time they spoke with me. We are currently in a legal battle over this matter and they have been reported and are now under investigation by the Kansas Real Estate Commission and Attorney General. Absolutely terrible business ethics...I cannot stress enough to avoid them unless you want to risk becoming the prey of a company that will stop at nothing to cover their own ass.
