Kansas Overhead Door

Absolutely Terrible! I would give 0 stars if I could. The first visit went well and he repaired my door as well as serviced all the parts, but after he left, the garage light didn't work. A few weeks later, one of the cables that lifts the garage snapped and my door will no longer open or close. I have called multiple times and left messages but the "Same day service" they claim to have does not exist. In fact, I spoke with Mariah once to ask about a warranty and say that regardless if it's covered or not, I need someone to fix my door. She apologized for not returning my call stating there was a family emergency, which at the time I accepted, and said someone would call me later that day to come out the next day. I received no calls that day, and the next day no calls as well as no answers to my calls. From then on, when I call and I get one ring then answering service over and over again. So I tried calling from my wife's number and to my surprise, Mariah answers, but as soon as I identify myself to her and try to figure out what is going on, she hung up on me! Now when I call from either of our phones there is no answer. The first visit was way too expensive for not standing behind their work, and because of the way we've been treated, I now question if the family emergency was even real. Don't be fooled by how nice Brandon is or anyone else associated with this company. They do not stand behind their work and they will not help! Do not use this company. Also, now that I have had someone come out and fix my door, I found out that I could have had 2 new garage openers installed or a new opener and door for the price I paid for the first visit, which is a hard lesson to learn. It's a shame that I have to give them an undeserved star to post this, but do not use Kansas Overhead Door!
