I had pretty good service. The problem came with billing I am disabled they were going to send me to collections for two dollars. It cost them more to send me those letters then to just write it off you rich doctors you can't take off two dollars for a person who is disabled shame on you.

My son was referred by his Pediatrician for a torn ACL. It took A MONTH for them to call to make my son an appointment. They are All about money and billing. Not about the patient and their needs.

My family, various members, have been sent here for different reasons. Each one have left with wonderful results and amazing care!! Highly recommended!!

I was evaluated by one PT and then assigned to another for therapy. The initial evaluation was fine and felt good about the home exercising program. Another therapist was assigned for my weekly checks. My circumstance was due to an injury and the PT was an option to attempt instead of having an MRI and potentially surgery. I felt positive about this plan. The actual PT that I saw for therapy sessions may have had good skills but she was not attentive and tended to rush me before I was able to grasp the movements. I previously had PT for a joint replacement at another location several years ago and the PT and assistants were helpful and I felt they were generally interested in helping. That was missing at this place. I give people the benefit of the doubt; everyone sometimes has an off day but after four sessions, I came to the conclusion that I needed someone who was able to evaluate my circumstance, injury type, and age in order to assist me to get better. I did not have that at this location. Her attention during sessions was poor to fair and her attempts to chit-chat were immature. It took away from the focus of the whole purpose of taking the time and expense because the PT could care less about my situation. Maybe others have had a better encounter but I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Shit hole. Steven Ericson is a asshole doesn't care about his patients, didn't even take the time to look at all the paperwork that took 30 minutes to fill out also no help for my shoulder pain stay away from this place.

I was a patient here. I recently requested documents supporting a diagnosis from Dr Miller. He refused to provide this documentation. I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you may need any support from them after your surgery.

I do not recommend this clinic. My foot is damaged from the surgery this group performed. I have tried to work with them and they do. not return the calls.

I had a horrible experience with one of your doctors this morning. I was referred to your clinic yesterday and amazingly was able to get an appointment scheduled for today. The gal on the phone who scheduled me was kind! The gal at the front with long blonde hair was kind! The gal who took me to my exam room, Renee, was kind! Then Dr. Heady came into my room. And the kindness came to an abrupt halt. He greeted me, asked me why I was here, and when I tried to tell him, he cut me off while I was speaking, raised his voice and leaned in closer still with voice raised. Telling me basically that my doctor who has been working on my case for over 4 years was wrong, has given the wrong diagnosis and in fact is steering me in the absolute wrong direction. Keep in mind, Dr. Heady hadn't even heard my explanation yet of what has been going on. He continued to berate me. I tried to tell him that I just had X-rays in April and didn't want to do them again, he just kept speaking over me in a louder than appropriate tone. He sent me to X-rays and I should've just left then because after xrays it was even worse. He came back in to the room after requesting the NON WEIGHT BEARING XRAYS, even after I told him that my feet don't hurt when they're not load bearing. He basically told me I didn't have these ailments that I know I have because I've seen them on the xrays with my doctor of 4 years, and in fact I have this other thing that is causing all my pain, he didn't listen to my request for cortisone which so far has been the only thing to help and brushed my request off like I was crazy. When he was in the room the second time, he talked at me for about 5 minutes straight, making it very clear that he didn't want my input at all. Keep in mind, my arms were crossed and I had tears in my eyes the whole time he was speaking. He left my room after giving me about .5 seconds to respond to his presentation. If I ever return to your clinic, I absolutely will not work with Dr. Heady. He was by far the most impersonal, uncaring, unkind, arrogant, and rude doctor I have ever encountered. Thank God for the other people who were assisting me this morning because Dr. Heady showed me that to him, my voice doesn't matter! I thought part of being a doctor was listening to your patients, especially ones that you have never met before. I did ask to speak to the supervisor and she was in a meeting, which I understand. I will tell her the same thing if she does reach out to me. Thankfully, Renee saved the situation and truly cared about the patient. BRAVO Renee!! Dr. Heady, no thank you - I do not need your services. I'd rather drive to KC than ever listen to him again.

The staff was always nice and respectful but the therapist gave up early on me as not the correct course for healing - I agreed and we stopped appointments (paid by the VA - I am a disabled vet on outpatient community care to help with back pain). They marked me as a no-show and then charged my account $25 for the no-show. This month they reported me to credit bureaus for SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT $25!!! Are you freaking kidding me???? They destroyed my credit over $25 they think they are owed when it was decided by all parties to terminate this course of therapy and try others through the VA medical center (which I did and got injections AND FEEL A LOT BETTER NOW).. Because they refuse to correct this - and they charged outside of their VA service contract and for their aggressive collection of $25 compared to the thousands that was paid by the VA and me already for other therapy - this company should be blasted and black-listed by all veterans and government patient referrals. I am shocked they would treat me like this. Dismayed and my credit has been decimated because of this incident! They won't answer collection calls and they collection agent just wants to destroy my credit instead of resolving anything... rude.
