Kansas Crossing Casino + Hotel

We always have fun there whether we win or lose and the staff is exceptionally nice and even appears to recognize us sometimes I really like to go there. I can't wait to get back.

Stayed at the Hampton hotel directly connected to the casino. Clean, decent, bed was worn. Casino was ok, not huge but had plenty of slots, live and digital craps plus live and digital roulette and other table games. Bar is large, lots of tvs for all the games we were watching for March Madness. It got really busy and they were hard to keep upWhat I was unhappy about is we decided to eat a late dinner, we walked up to the restaurant a little after 10 and told they close at 10. The hostess said the bar has food but when we asked, the bartender said they were super backed up which meant going to bed hungry. I checked delivery options and found none plus it was going to be 30 min or more for a Lyft. So word to wise, eat early.

We loved visiting, playing and staying! Clean, friendly and a quick jaunt from Kansas City! We will be back!

What a waste. The bartender who has worked there a long time didnt even know how to make an "Old Fashion" cocktail but she knew how to make a whiskey sour. Even after following the recipe from a bartender guide she botched it. To add insult to injury, she charged $3.50 for the whiskey sour and charged me $7.50 for a drink that should have been poured down the drain. The 2 Brothers restaurant is a joke. It falls somewhere in between a steakhouse and a greasy spoon diner. These people have a great opportunity and excellent location but the place has no buzz to it what so ever. Downstream casino is only 30 minutes farther and well worth the drive. The Red Oak Steakhouse is a 5 star place and the casino has much more energy

I travel to Southeastern Kansas frequently and this Hampton Inn is the best place to stay! Travis is a shift Manager and he excels in making guests feel comfortable and if there is an issue he corrects it right away. I hope his management understands what a gift he is. This hotel is also the cleanest place I have stayed in the area. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn! Having the restaurant here is a side benefit

Absolutely amazing. Spent 2 nights here. Room was awesome, very spacious & extremely clean. Entire casino staff was outstanding. Went way above & beyond all expectations. Table games dealers were extremely friendly & knowledgeable about the casino & restaurants in the casino. Dealers were fun, friendly & interactive with all the players. Floor/pitt boss was excellent. Very attentive to all the table games staff z& players. Took time to stop & talk with everyone there. The staff made the entire experience wonderful. Will definitely be going back. Hopefully soon!!

If I could give a zero star review...I definitely would. Not even sure where to begin...and it hasn't ended yet. Bought tickets to a concert...it lasted 1 hour. I've never experienced such a short set in my life by the main/only performer. Then...the gaming area is horrible. They gave no hours of operation and the table games shut down at 1:15am. Also...we had a friend in the group get food poisoning from the Buffalo wings at the restaurant. I could go on for longer but, it's pointless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The place is loaded wit great food, atmosphere, host and games. It's a attached to a clean hotel. Would stay there again. It's a more than meets the eye.

We stayed at the hotel and it was fine. However, the staff at the casino completely ruined our experience. They are so rude and I hope I never come back here.

I have been visiting this casino for several years. I have to say that it's time to stop going there. It is not the cleanest and you end up wreaking of smoke. There are also machines that have had the same problem for months and something's not right with the screen and you can't pick the squares you want to pick on a bonus game. I will say that a couple of years ago I did win a jackpot but that's been the only time I have won anything really good and most of the time it is a very disappointing experience. It has become to where it is even hard to win a small amount of money and the free play is sucked up in a matter of minutes. They seem to be more into giving these gifts instead of loosening up the slots. The restaurant there is not worth going to because it's very expensive and has a limited menu. They need to shape up their act!
