just started garnishing my paycheck for a bill that is over 10 yrs old without notifying me first.

This law firm sucks. Was told that I could call have my payments processed via phone. This was not the case. Tried to contact someone at this office no replies. Left vmail with banking info to have them process like their website states and nothing. Laurie Kahrs lied.

Their customer service is non-existent. The worst law office; does not return your calls when you leave a message.
