This company overcharged me $100 at an estate sale using a Square on the phone. I've called and sent them email and they do not respond. Without any response, I can only conclude that they're robbers. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Love this group. Reasonable prices and very helpful. Things are very well organized and easy to see. They are very hard working as you can see from the way the sell is set up. I don't like that they close at 4pm but I can make it work.

I used Carolyn for the sale of my parents estate and she has been horrible to work with!! If you want to work with Cruella, then she's your lady! She changed the date of the sale with out consulting me at all, she constantly was very hard to work with and refused to communicate with me what was going on. She acted like she owned the home and gave my garage code to people without my knowledge. She is not professional at all!! Then when it came to money at the end she refused to tell me even an idea of what we made, after repeated attempts of asking her, she instead just mails a check. If you are grieving she is not sympathetic to anything you might be going through. She had people parking on my lawn possibly breaking sprinkler heads. She also will say things to get you to agree to the sale and not carry through on her end, for example saying she will have the house cleaned when the sale is over. They didn't dust, mop, clean carpets, or wipe out the cabinets. My 11 year old could have run the vacuum and cleaned the way they did.

Updating my last review after the owners corrected an overcharge. Need to update phone numbers and email addresses that are posted online or to check them more correctly. They are refunding the overcharge I paid.

Attended day 1 of estate sale with everything at full price. Had to go through back yard via dirt/grass. Found two items and decided to bid 45% off so I would get them before day 3 at 50% off if not sold by then. Even checked with estate sale people and they assured me they would accept the bids before day 3 if still unsold.Went back on day 3 after previous day rain and everyone tracked in mud from backyard all through the house. Items I wanted were still there so bought at 50% off. Thus they deprived the estate of a higher price.

Carolyn was very difficult to work with! She changed the date of the sale without asking me. She brought in so much other stuff that she was more worried about all of it selling rather than the stuff at the home. I've found out months after that she was saying mean things about me to customers! She ended up taking items that didn't go in the sale and I have been working for months trying to get everything replaced. When your grieving, the last thing you need is a spiteful and mean person helping with your estate sale. She was very heartless and made everything all about the money and did not take into consideration at all what we were going through. She also made promises that she would clean when she was done with the sale and they didn't even dust or mop. I would never recommend her!

KC Estate Sales are not only shady, they bulk up their sales from other estate sales with items that they failed to sell. KC Estate sales ran an estate sale for my great aunt and attempted to sell of property that did not belong to the estate in the estate sale. Luckily, the property that she was trying to pilfer was owned by a WPD officer and so there wasn't a lot she could do about it when he came to retrieve his things. KC will also remove items from the sale (before the sale) and pack them into one of her warehouses to sell at a later date so that she can undercut the families that she runs estate sales for.

Like most estate sales, every room in the home was packed full. Many smaller items weren't marked. It would be so much easier if everything was marked, or small items were grouped together in lots with one price. The garage had a lot of junk in it that no one would buy. I heard many comments from shoppers that the prices were too high and I thought the same. The goal is to sell everything and clear the house, not have a house full of stuff leftover. It's used, not new!

Although this group has some concept of antiques and other estate items, they regularly ignore market trends, which leads to overpricing of items. They range between nonchalance and outright discourtesy to their customers. I have been to dozens of their sales and have come to my opinions based upon multiple interactions with the company. To put it succinctly, I do not go out of my way to make it to their sales.
