My Civic was overheating, so I reached out to Greg early in the day and by that afternoon he was at my place to take a look at my car. I had an idea of what the problem was and he quickly confirmed my suspicions. The fix was fairly quick and painless, and he had me laughing the whole time. He was really fair about pricing and honest enough to not charge me for a diagnostic. After he left, I was still having issues with my cooling system. I texted him, got a fast reply, and he was back at my house within a couple of hours. He burped my radiator and let me take a test drive to make sure things were running smoothly, and they were! Homeostasis finally achieved.Too many companies these days with a "not my problem" attitude after a transaction is complete, so I was beyond thrilled to find a mechanic that stands by his work from start to finish. Greg is a down to earth, funny guy who is totally willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I'll definitely be going back to him for any other repairs my car might need!

He directed me over text to book my appointment online when ready to get service. I was able to book my appointment the next day. He arrived early, gave us a quote, promptly ordered parts, and came back a couple hours later and completed the job. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. His price was fair as well. Don't waist your time calling K&G like I did. Lack in communication and never followed through with his commitment. Called him at 1:30pm and he said he would be at my place at 5pm. He didn't show up and I didn't receive a phone call or text message saying he was going to reschedule nor wasnt able to do the job. That's how he handles his business? I rather spend my money on good service and does a great job. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I'm so happy I stumbled upon K&G when I did a google search for a local auto repair because they were so amazing! I'm from out of town and got a flat tire on some backroads and not only was I unfamiliar with the area but it was also night time, I was alone with my baby in the car, and I have absolutely no idea how to change a tire. It was a pretty scary situation for me to be honest and I called Greg over at K&G and explained the situation and he promised me he would try and hurry to my location and gave an estimate of about 15 minutes and then he showed up in like 5 minutes I was so thankful!! He was so awesome, very professional and super quick! Literally had the whole thing done in about 5 minutes and I was on my way again. I can't thank him enough and I would HIGHLY recommend using them to anyone!

I have had a hard time finding a mechanic that was an all in one package. Friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and an all around great person. But not anymore, this is the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic by far! This will be my first call whenever I have another issue.

So I called Greg to diagnose my car and he found two things wrong with it. He fix it and still my car didn't start so he found another problem and fix it and it still it didn't work. I have called him because he took my money but never fix the issue. That why I hired a mechanic to find the problem. He has been ignoring my calls and text because I just want the job done correctly. After everything said and done he has issue a refund on my card over a month ago but nothing has been refund.

Had issues initially be was able to work out the issues. Took some time but Greg eventually came through.

Needed my battery cables replaced on my 2006 Mercury grand Marquis. Was given an estimate by another shop for $723 which did include an oil change. I knew that price was ridiculous. I called K and G and they gave me a bid of $250 and even came to the house to do the repairs. Very happy with the service and work performed by Greg. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called Lawrence from Florida, my sister had just moved to Ponca City and her car Broke down. I spoke to Lawrence, he said they could help. My sister had it towed there, she paid $91(cash) for diagnostics, they said was alternator. I drove from Florida to Ponca City to help my sister get settled since her car was down. We took her car back to K&G to have the alternator fixed. The y said it was going to be $458.00 cash.Lawrence said credit card machine down(should been red flag), said they had to paid full amount before work was to begin. (Should been another red flag) being two older women we trusted Lawrence to get car fixed. I did question the whole amount, at the most businesses ask half down.Lawrence said had to pay for the alternator. K &G called my sister 1 1/2 hour later said was fixed. I questioned how they got the part so fast. We went got the car, before we made it 3 1/2 miles, the car had same problem. It was just dying, it left my sister on side road she took back K&G they hekd the car 3 weeks, when she got it back, sane thing died left her on side of road again. This happened 3 times. We have given up on K&G being able to fix her car. I feel they extorted money out of us old women. If you use thIs mechanic. BEWARE! THEY LIE AND WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YPUR MONEY!

Greg did a awesome job inspecting a used car that I was planning to buy.I called Greg at noon on a Sunday afternoon. By 5:00pm he was inspecting the car and by 7:00 he was back at the office and he sent me a full inspection report. He also included pictures and also forwarded me excerpts of the carfax. That was all impressive enough but he also spent half an hour on the phone explaining each one of the issues he discovered and how much he would charge to repair them. He looked up the price for each part and quoted me a fair labor rate for each. He has been a mechanic for 30 years and he knows his stuff! If you want a used car inspected before you buy it call Greg. K&G cover not only Hemet but all over Southern California. Best $80 I've ever spent! BTW he did not charge me a penny until he had completed all the work and then he invoiced me, which I conveniently paid using Paypal. This shows his trust of people and his confidence in his work!
