Jury Eye Care

Paid hundreds of dollars for a frame with multiple defects and was gaslighted by the employee to believe there are no issues while he was staring at the evident problems. I was then charged a restocking fee for said frame when it was completely out of my control. (Tip: Do not buy plastic frames from Ray-Bans)

In the past, I have had to wait a long time after my appointment time, but this last time I didn't have to wait, and had a very detailed exam. Dr Jury spent a lot of quality time with me, and utilized some very state of the art machines to give me the best exam possible. He gives you a lot of personal attention.

Both of my kids glasses were in need of repair & both times Mr. Jury flat out told me that they would NOT honor a warranty. I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old. Worn many pairs that needed repair here & there due to anything from normal wear & tear to flat out accidents. I have alway been able to get repairs or replacement at no additional charge. Mr. Jury actually told me what a 'good deal' I was getting by only having to pay $125 to replace my son's glasses. When we initially picked up my daughters' glasses, they made it abundantly clear to NOT use superglue if they ever break. Today they told her that the will not fix them or honor their warranty & that maybe we could Superglue them back together. Mr. Jury runs a shady business over charging on glasses & frames but not honoring a warranty. I will NEVER use this company. Unethical. If you can't stand behind your product you are selling, you shouldn't be selling it.

Dr Jury and his staff are thorough. He takes great care in explaining the tests and what each reveal in the health of your eyes.Sherry the Office Manager gives warmth and genuineness in showing that they appreciate my business. There are 3 llocations - Douglas Street in Wichita, Derby and Liberal.The only thing I could advise is their selection of frames is good but would have welcomed more unique frames for my taste.

Dr. Jury is the best! He is very thorough and answers any questions you may have. I'll continue to go to Dr. Jury's office over anyone else!

I have been a patient of Dr Jury's for many many years, and he is one of the finest optometrists that you might see. I get more information and quality care from him for my macular degeneration than I do from the specialists I see. He is an amazing Doctor Who cares about his patients so very much. You couldn't possibly go wrong with making him your new eye care specialist.
