Jumpy Jump Land

DO NOT BOOK THE HAYSVILLE LOCATION!! Absolutely terrible guest experience skills. We showed up 20 minutes before the party started expecting to be able to set up the party area within the next 5 minutes like the email I received said. Nothing was cleaned at all and we weren't able to set up or go into our party area until almost 2 when our jumping time was supposed to start. At 2:06 Tina the manager came over saying she could start giving out wristbands. No kids were able to jump until 2:09. Keep in mind we paid $250 for an hour of jumping time and an hour of party time. Then at 2:45 she comes over saying she needs to start sanitizing the inflatables for the next party so we needed to get the kids off half of them. When I brought up we started jumping late she said that was our fault because she was done on time and I had supposedly told her to wait? I am beside myself at how rude this "manager" was. We offered to help her clean in the beginning so we could get set up and she was worried about what her boss would said. Apparently she wasn't worried about her attitude. When asking about leaving a survey she said it wouldn't matter because they're working on updating their system so hopefully this reaches someone who cares about the business.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THE HAYSVILLE LOCATION If I could give a negative star review I would!!Had a terrible experience for my son's 4th birthday and even left the party to continue it at our house instead. From the beginning, the staff was rude, yelled at 2 and 3 year olds for going the wrong way in an obstacle course, yelled at the kids to stop jumping in a bounce house at a place called JUMPY JUMP LAND, yelled at them for throwing the ball, yelled at them for WALKING too fast and was told if they have a bite of food or a drink they can't jump anymore bc they might throw up. The entire 45 minutes we lasted out of the 2.5 hours we booked was miserable! I was even called disrespectful by a staff member when I said I was just going to leave. This place is dirty, run down, and useless if you expect your children to be able to play.

It was suck and amazing place for me and my friends and there children definitely recommend it trust me it is worth it
