Juicy's Vapor Lounge Manhattan West

I have been going to juicy's for awhile for my vape needs, usually the one in junction city. However today I was in Manhattan and decided to stop by for a disposable. I walked in and was greeted and treated pretty good and everything seemed fine. I picked a vape and checked out. Before I left I decided to check my disposable mod because they are notorious for not working. Well mine wasn't working. Not only was it not working but it wasn't turning off after I took a puff. Which is a MAJOR safety concern. Most vape shops will immediately take these from you and get you a new one. Again this is a big safety concern as the stress on the battery from constantly firing could cause it to explode and the coils drying out and catching the cotton on fire. Well apparently Juicys has a company policy that any discounted products can't be exchanged or refunded. It would have been nice to know that before checking out. It seems like they know there is a defect with this product and decided to put it on sale so it can't be refunded. This will probably be my last trip to any juicys. I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB.And advising my friends family and coworkers not to give them their business.

Worst vape store in Manhattan if you want to get scammed out of money this is the place to go you want product that does not work this is the best black to go horrible customer service wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay away
