The behavior of the owner(s) was deeply disturbing. I went there to assist with providing a service, and due to the fact they could not get what they wanted, I was immediately met with hostility, to include verbal abuse, threats of violence, and intimidation. Reviews left on Google and Facebook from others, show just how well the owner(s) take negative feedback, by getting hostile and going on the attack as opposed to being respectable business people. I understand working in customer service you can't please everyone, but just because someone has a negative experience doesn't afford you as a representative of your business, to attempt to intimidate someone.
