Had to deal with them to correct a Deed that was not properly filed by a Title company I used 3 years ago and they have since purchased (same workers different name). Process took weeks and I was passed between several people. Ended up making many phone calls myself to resolve the issue. I did not getting any rutine feedback. Also did not return phone calls very often. Would take several attempts and days. When all was finally finished they send me a bill for filing the Deed which they did make sure was correct initially.
