Extremely rude repairman. Could not fix our appliance. That was ok. I understand that. What I don't get is the rudeness. Rude over the phone. Rude to wife in person. I would have bought new appliance from them had repairman not been such an a$$.. Would not recommend.

Be very cautious of shopping at Jim's appliances of Inman. I special ordered an item, at that time was told that it was something they were out of stock of, when I picked it up I specifically asked if we could return it if it did not fix my problem. The lady that I paid said not normally but I could if it did not fix my problem. Guess what, It did not fix my problem so I tried to return it. I come to find out that first off its not even an item they carry, so there was no way they were just "out of stock". Then they refuse to refund it. The same lady claimed that she would never say that I could return it. So lesson learned, never shop there, they will lie to your face and try to cheat you. So be very wary.

I had a recent service call for my Samsung oven and LG dishwasher and was charged $119.00 for the service call. Oven was fixed by re-adjusting the temperature element. Stated the heating element in dishwasher was bad and part was $93. Returned two days later with new part, installed but did not check dishwasher to see if problem was corrected. Tried to use dishwasher next day and it made a loud noise and no water in unit, but water was leaking from under unit. Returned next day and stated he put sealant of a hose fitting and wait till morning to use. Next day started dishwasher and again loud noise and water was not even warm and after cycle was finished had to hand wash all dishes as they were not clean. Called tech this morning and he stated he was not in town and would call Monday to set up another appointment for next week. So three visits later and problems just got worst. Not happy at all with the service provided and cost for new part that doesn't work to heat water to clean and dry dishes.

They repaired our very old dryer. They arrived when they said they would and did the job at a reasonable price without trying to sell us a new dryer. I especially appreciated that they wore a mask during the Covid-19 pandemic since we are at risk and trying to take as many precautions as possible. I wish the plumber we had out today had done the same.

My daughter and son-in-law own a 100 year old home. When they chose their Samsung fridge they didn't realize that age home has narrower doors than today's standard door. When the delivery men came they were a bit perplexed about how to get it in. To their credit they didn't give up! They took every possible part that protruded from the fridge frame. And then, success they got it through and reassembled!! It was a hot sticky day and their determination didn't waver and they maintained pleasant attitudes. My daughter loves the fridge. A HUGE thank you to Jim's Appliance Of Inman delivery and install guys...GREAT JOB!! Thank you. By the way, Jim's matched prices from big box stores.
