Monica really helped me through a nasty insurance claim and helped choose the perfect diamond that I could afford to replace the lost one. She is forthcoming and easy to work with.

Closed at 3:30 on Saturday, posted hours indicated they were open. This resulted in a wasted trip.

ICT is so fortunate to have local jewelers like Jewelry Savers.I recently took my wedding ring in for resizing, it was so painless and the cost was fair. My only regret was not going in sooner.

I brought in a gemstone I bought at an bankruptcy auction to ask them to look at it. Tells me he thinks it's fake because it was described as a Padparadscha morganite. Padparadscha her tells me it's specific to sapphire family. And told me it's pouring not morganite. He never even takes it out of the case...... not once. So I hand him a rough stone in it's case. And ask if it is real. He says yes it could be and hands it back. The whole reason I came in was I needed help. Expecting him to use some sort of equipment to identify gem. So I can dispute the guarantee of auction house . So either way I need to know. So after feeling brushed off. I wrote a gemologist I found on the internet. I sent pictures and description provided with item at time of purchase. This is her response. Evening I can't identify from your pictures because it's impossible to do so with any gemstone.Padparadsha in gemology refers to a sapphire which has the color of a sunset. The term padparadsha is a Singhalese word which means "color of the lotus blossom".Just because your stone s not a sapphire does not mean it is fake.Morganite is a variety of pinkish beryl.....Emerald is a variety of green beryl. The gemologist you brought it to was either an idiot or misrepresenting his credentials.A gemologist should have had optical equipment to test the stone for positive identification.Bring it to someone with a polariscope and a refractometer. I hope it IS morganite.Let me know.Barbra Voltaire, FGG, GG, BScGemology [email protected]* Graduate Gemologist, Deutsche Gemmologische Gesselschaft (German Institute for Advanced Professional Training in Gemmology)* Bachelor's Degree in Geology, SFSU* Graduate Gemologist, Gemological Institute of America* Accredited Senior Gemologist, American Gemological Association* American Society of Jewelry Historians* National Association of Jewelry Appraisers* Member of the Alumni Association of the Gemological Institute of America * Associate of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, Gem-A I haven't gotten it tested yet. I will post when I do. But either way i need more then a glance and scoff. Considering I drove 30 miles to go there specifically. On another note I bought several other things from the auction house. All the other ones turned out to be genuine.

The only place I choose to do business with on jewelry. In the past I have shopped at various places to find jewelry for my loved ones, but usually wound up overpaying and with poor service. After being told to check out this place, I was sold, excellent customer service, nice staff, beyond amazing prices, and just all around good people. In the last couple of years I have purchased all my wife's jewelry here, and the staff has been very accommodating. Cannot say enough nice things about this shop, would more than likely still buy here if I lived out of state.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!It's like a throwback to a different era; where customer service, honesty and quality of work were still the norm. Monica, Justine and the entire staff are super friendly and patient. I purchase a lot of vintage/antique jewelry online that needs altered or repaired. They treat me with the same care and respect as they would a customer buying thousands of dollars of jewelry. And visiting my favorite shop dog is always the cherry on top! I can't recommend Jewelry Savers enough.

I was told that I wouldn't be able get my custom wedding band done in time for my wedding from many other local jewelers, but when I came into Jewelry Savers they reassured me that it could be done quickly! And I am absolutely in love with my ring! I 100% recommend !

Shout out to Monica, her Jewler, and her team. I walked into their store on Wednesday and even though I was there just to pursue some repairs to a couple of my necklaces they treated me like a queen. They were kind, prompt, considerate, incredibly honest, informative, and accommodating. To finalize my experience Monica gifted me with stunning changes to my 29 year old wedding ring which brought me to tears. I was blessed by finding this store and will return again and again for any jewelry needs, as well as want to share with anyone looking for a jewelry store you can trust--go see Monica at Jewelry Savers, you will be amazed!
