Went in to check on getting tires put on a 2007 Honda VTX, after talking tires and prices for a while with the guy at the parts counter he stepped over to ask the service guy how much it would cost to put two new tires on. Turns out they will not work on anything older than 2012. Give me a break, a perfectly good bike and I can't get service done. Freaking ridiculous. Can't do service on my current machine, sure won't be getting any new business

Pat the Service Manager is a DICK!!! I took my motorcycle in for maintenance work. Pat called me and said it was done, but he said the service tech suggested me getting tires. I told him okay good to know, I'll be up there tomorrow. Well I just happened to have a set I picked up when Mid America Powersports went out of business so I took the tires at noon the next day to be mounted. When I got there no one was in the service or parts area so I asked a guy in the front lobby to get someone. I walked back to the service area and her comes Pat with a sandwich in his hand and asked what I needed. I told him my name and said I brought tires in because you said I needed tires. He THROWS his sandwich against the cabinet as he walks in his office and says " well I guess I don't get to eat my F'ING sandwich". I said excuse me? He then starts ranting because I didn't tell him on the phone that I was going to bring in the tires and the order is already closed and on and on. This went on awhile (I'm tired of typing) until I had to leave before I said or did something that I would regret....The guy is a DICK! When I got back to work I called the Executive Manager (Trey) and told him what happened. He apologized and thanked me for calling him and said he would take care of it. I DO NOT and WILL NOT see or talk to Pat when I go get my bike. I will not take my bike back there if Pat is still working there. I will write a review on what happens when I go get my bike.

Kawasaki sucks warrant work only days after purchaseSerrvice dept sloppy and lazy and kawasaki send trial and error parts snail mail and service never makes them over night or even puts most orders in on time so now 3rd part and summers nearly gone. Sales teams good if I was them I d leave for better business. Not buying kawasaki again.

I went there to purchase my first bike after riding a friends for awhile. Anthony was amazing. Had me in and out as fast as possible even with poor planning on my part making them stay past the time of closing to get me out and on my new bike. Financing was amazing and was able to get approved with a good apr. they explain everything and are super easy to work with. Will be back if for nothing else but to talk to the amazing staff.

my son bought a motorcycle from them and it lasted about 3 min. When we got home the front tire was already leaking air and after filling it up and riding around you could hear the leak. We took it back in and they wouldn't stand by their warranty that they sold us a non reliable cycle. Blamed it on my son crashing which he went 10 feet and layed it over going minimal speed. Seriously lasted 3 min. Go somewhere else and buy they're douche bags and once confronted acted like jerks about it. The tire was low to start and they won't stand behind it.

I had my motorcycle towed into the service department due to an accident. The service Manager called me and said that he was not able to find anything wrong with the motorcycle except the handle bar's were bent. Before having the motorcycle towed to Jay Hatfield I spoke to this service Manager and he was really annoyed with the idea of doing an estimate and fixing the motorcycle. He told my son and I that he was not equipped to do insurance estimates and he did not have a camera. He did say to have the motorcycle brought in so he could put together the estimate. Once I received his call and spoke to him I drove directly down there and then he said he wanted to talk to the adjuster. This guy is a DICK! I will never go back for anything! I will tell everyone that I ride with about the service I did not receive. I called Great Plains Honda in Hutchinson and the service Manager there said he has everything that is needed to handle the claim and will be happy to fix the problem! Fuck Jay Hatfield! They suck!
