Really cute hair salon with reasonable prices and knowledgeable stylists. Brittney is fantastic and gave me expert advice as well as a great haircut. They're also being very careful with Covid procedures and making sure to keep everyone safe.

Christy is amazing---she is so knowledgeable and explains things so well. My teenager has curly hair, and with Christy's cut, product and instruction, we went from a nightly hour long ordeal to a five minute routine!!!! So glad we found her!--Shannon

My first visit to this salon was amazing. The second not so much. I would give 0 stars if it was possibly which makes me sad. i asked for highlights to be brought up to my scalp and blended. After application I pointed out she just made my problem worse and she needed to have the foils blending to my scalp. The girl who did my hair knew it wasn't what I wanted after I explained that my roots just got made worse. She then attempted to make it better. After 20 minutes with the color in my hair she added a bit more foils. I still left very disappointed i walked out looking like I had stripes of bleach just poured on my head. I paid for the service & TIPPED HER. I called and was told the manager would get back with me "She's out of town" never HAPPEN. SIDE NOTE Another woman in the salon knew my hair was nothing what I asked for and said she would assist fixing it and talk to her manager as well. I never received a call and still paid full price. Not good. & the next day I went the The Bearded Lady Salon AMAZING GO THERE THEY ARE GREAT and will do what you ask & paid for another full service. But good thing I have the hair I wanted and intended on paying for now.

I'm new in the city and always weird when it comes to picking a salon, but here I think I have made the right choice! I got appointments with Kelsey for a cut and color (balayage technique) and everything turned out perfectly fine! I felt we were on the same page and she often asked me if I liked things. Before we did the balayage, she explained it to me and showed me some possible variations for my hair. In general, she seemed she knew what she was doing!The salon itself is in warm brown and beige colors, seems clean and people are friendly and nice.I have scheduled my next appointment right away and will make my husband go there, too. Thanks!!!

First time getting highlights and it was Awesome. Great atmosphere and fantastic employees make you feel at ease while they worked on my hair. Will definitely be going back!!

I bought a Living Social deal for an hour long massage and Redken hair treatment. I've been getting massage from different places around town hoping to find "the one". Unfortunately this was not the one for me. The therapists hands were cold! The room was cold and there weren't enough covers on the table. During the massage the therapist broke touch with me MANY times. I have always heard that should not happen. Two times the therapist left the table to go to the sink, run water, soak towels and return (for an up-sale of foot reflexology with scrub). My feeling is this should have been prepared before the massage began. The hair stylist was pleasant and kind. I even learned about a new styling product which I purchased.I will continue to look for the perfect massage therapist. So far the east side Beau Monde has the best.

I have been looking for a salon on the west side and believe I found what I've been looking for. I love my haircut! My hair feels so healthy now. I also purchased some product that the stylist used on my hair. I used it this morning and love how easy it was to style my hair. I will be back for sure!

This is a great salon. Came in to get color. Brittany did great product consultation as well has treated my damaged hair. More care than any salon i have been to and reasonable price.

Super service and talented team. The price is very good for the area. They do massages and do them well! I also love the no chip manicure. This salon always has great events and is always offering great promotions. Its not just a regular salon! Love it and I will be back again!

Christy is an amazing stylist! I love her team and the salon, they are always so welcoming. Due to covid they had to remove the coffee bar but I cant wait for my next cup of coffee with my balayage. I love that they also use redken products and the treatments are the best at having silky smooth hair after my appointment.
