I used to come here when I lived in Wichita. I come back to visit a couple times a year and it just taste the same anymore. I think it's okay value for money but not the greatest. I'm sure this is a very unpopular opinion.3/5 Yakiudon with shrimp3/5 Pot stickers 3/5 Fried riceEverything was just average. Service was the same as I remember with the same Japanese lady from all these years ago. I used to get the free student soup. I'll come back just for nostalgia. Happy to see this place survived all these years though.

Stopped by for lunch today. First time in. The place has an old menu with a lot of different options. Plenty of seating and a lot of people coming in for takeout which means they have good food. Placed our order for the Tonkatsu pork, pork gyoza and Katsudon chicken. The portions are big enough to share and everything was great. I absolutely loved the gyoza which is seasoned well. Definitely will be back next time we're on that side of town.

We've been going here for a couple decades since they first opened. Tastes like my Japanese mom's food. Love everything on the menu. We usually stick to our favs. Chicken skewers with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. So satisfying and so so delicious. We usually order gyoza too. I've got to say it too is delicious. All meals are complete with everything you need on one plate. The owner is an amazing person and the kindest human on the planet. The last time we had our pic taken with her, my dad, friends and of course me too. No matter what you choose, you'll be satisfied and pleased as literally every dish is no less than amazing. Enjoy!

Best teriyaki chicken ever! Fried mushrooms are the best! Go every time I'm on the east side of town!

If I could go here everyday I'd love to! The food is delicious! I've tried several things on their menu and everything has been so tasty!!! I'm not sure the secret to their Teryaki sauce but if I could buy it by the gallon I WOULD!!! I love the taste and the consistency! The place is small but we always find a place to sit when we go there. If I call in the order before hand it's always been ready with now wait. And hot!

This was one of my favorite places when I lived here years ago and, when possible, I visit this restaurant when I'm in town. However, they are SO incredibly rude. What has happened to courteous customer service??!! As I was recently attempting to place a phone order for pick up, the woman on the phone was astonishingly impatient, indicated that there were too many in-person customers, and abruptly ended the call (via a resounding hang-up) as I was mid sentence. Wow. I am absolutely stunned. I will NOT be returning and have urged my friends and family members to proceed likewise. Such a shame. Do better, please. You are not the only game in town.

Good food for fast food. Portions are huge. I wish they had metal dinnerware for guests eating in restaurant. Will definitely be back

Peaceful small restaurant with great food and friendly service. My new favorite spot. Teriyaki Chicken is the best! I also enjoy their obento and their pan fried dumplings. I will be back for the rest of their menu.
