Quick, delicious, good service- good environment. Love the fajitas & chimichanga. The queso is good too.

Rude staff. Poor customer service. Got here at just after 8PM on Valentine's Day for a late dinner. Greeted at the door and were told they close at 8:30 and not 9 PM as stated on the sign. Told that we could stay till 8:30 and then have to skedaddle. Very rude staff. We walked out and decided to go a few doors down where they were happy to have us well past their advertised closing time. Won't be returning to this place.

Great food and atmosphere. Usually get the meat and cheese queso as a appetizer, I highly recommend. Have had a variety of entrees there and never been disappointed.

Everytime i come in, Everyone working there is always kind, and welcoming towards my mother and I. I suggest the chimichangas special.. the chips are always fresh when i go in witch is a definite must for me...

I was on a road trip and wasn't expecting a lot of food options, especially as a vegan. I was so happy to find out their beans and rice were vegan. But, I was also so impressed by the kindness of all the staff, the unique flavors, the large portion sizes, and the low prices. If I lived here, I would be visiting this restaurant a couple times per week.

Fast service. Great for carry out or in restaurant eating. Kid friendly . I like their chips and salsa!

Absolutely amazing! The cheese sauce is the BEST! Very friendly staff and clean environment.

Stopped in Lindsborg and wanted lunch. Decided to try Jalisco. From the start our experience was not good. The waiter was annoyed that it took us so long to decide what to order. When we ordered we wanted to substitute a meat for a different one (in a combo fajita meal) there was no flexibility. Our fajitas came out burnt. They don't come with the normal fajita stuff (sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, cheese) just the meat rice and beans. When we told them about our meal being burnt the first guy said no that's not burnt (it clearly was) the second guy said it was because we didn't stir it soon enough saying that we had "almost finished the meal" this was not the case. It was clearly burnt and they were not willing to do anything about it. I would suggest going anywhere in Lindsborg to eat but there.

We drive from Oklahoma to Nebraska several times a year and always stop in Lindsborg. Lovely town with lovely walking areas and nice public library. The food at Jalisco's is always good. It is simple, reminds me of eating at my aunt's kitchen table 45 years ago. But the salsa is perfect, fresh blended, and adds just the right spices to the food. Prices are reasonable. Service is prompt.

Great place to stop by if you're road-tripping! The service is great and quick. The complimentary chips and salsa are really good as well. 10/10 recommend.
