While i rarely drink( to fricking old, lol) i purchase ALL my liquor frrom Jacobs for Christmas gifts ect. I like that the are so helpful when i have a certain brand i want. Matt Eck

Andrew is the go to guy! I've been shopping at this store for over 8 yrs he always takes care of me, tells me the best wines to try and introduced me to Whistle Pig Whiskey.definitely a must try! It s total worth the price! Ask for Andrew he will help you find whatever you are looking for.

My cousin and I stumbled upon this Liquor Store for our wine & paint night. They have a spectacular selection!We were not greeted or helped at first, but when we asked, the worker there lead us to some of the Rosé and wine that she personally liked. She did NOT steer us wrong, we have both finished our wines already. The prices were definitely affordable, and they had a beautiful dog roaming around there. We will be back to fill up the wine rack!

Phenomenal!!! Called to ask about bulk discounts and the nice gentleman spent 20 min talking on the phone with me and suggesting quantities & different types. He was able to hit our budget w/in $50. So impressed! Chase was the associate that helped me and we are so thankful that he was so kind today. Thank you Jacob's!!!!

The customer service here is just absolutely pathetic . I like to support local businesses but don't waste your time and money here . Support another liquor and let COVID bring this one down.

Can't be trusted to have your keg ready when you order it two weeks in advance. They really don't care about customers. Shop elsewhere.

Racist staff. If you are of brown or black skin complexion and you walk up in this place expect to have staff follow you around the store and stand next to you while they check prices of liquor that is unexpectedly right next to where you are standing. When I finally chose my bottle of liquor the white old man with glasses who happens to be the manager stared at me like I was going to steal a bottle and followed me to the cashier. Horrible shopping experience. Don't ever come to this place for your alcohol needs if your not white. Wichita is racist as hell and this is coming from a guy who's been here for 2 months and isn't white. Seriously go buy your liquor anywhere else but here, prices are also $2-$4 more per selection than their competition. High prices and racism is what you get at Jacobs Liquor Exchange. The only reason Im leaving a one star review is because they had what I wanted to Buy, not Steal.

The old blonde lady at the counter was super rude and racist. We walked in, and the first thing she said was ''are you looking for Soju?'' Just because we're Asian, we don't always drink Soju. She even made fun of how I pronounced the wine's name. The young man was really nice and helped us find the wine. Won't be coming back here.

Best place on the west side! Huge selection of wine, beer, spirits. Will do curb side if needed .

I use Jacob Liquor Exchange for all of my commercial and personal wine, spirits and beers. They have the best selection in town. Their wines are priced well for the quality they offer. They are always courteous, helpful and prompt with their service. Two big thumbs up for Jacobs!
